From recent reviews, it looks like rude staff is a common complaint. I attended with my family tonight for my children’s school fundraiser. We stood at the counter as the only waiting customers for a good minute before being greeted, which is fine. I ordered 3 burritos. I noticed that one of the tortillas had a large piece peeling off of it and pointed it out to the young lady making the burrito. She said it wasn’t peeling and literally peeled a large piece off and threw it in the trash. I stated, “I just don’t want it falling apart when you wrap it up.” Before I finished my sentence she rudely interrupted me asking what kind of rice I wanted. I was a little shocked and told her that she was going to need to relax. Without any other response she once again rudely asked what kind of rice I wanted. As a customer this made me feeling rushed and as if she had no intention of providing decent service. I informed her that’s she was being rude and she proceeded to tell me she’s not being rude and she has a long line, “what kind of rice do you want?”There was one other party behind me. At this point I requested that someone else wait on my family. She loudly requested someone else come and then went and retrieved another employee. She then started helping the party behind us, while rushing the kind lady through the line while she was trying to prepare my order. She was reaching in front of her to retrieve items that the lady was trying to put on my order. After all that, to my surprise, upon unwrapping my burrito, the whole side was split open because the tortilla did in fact have a large piece peeling off of it. As a person who has worked with the community for a long time in healthcare, it infuriates me that people choose to be so miserable and could care less about the people they serve or the quality of service they provide. It’s a small world, you never know when you may be on the receiving end of service from someone you have treated so rude. Don’t worry though, I hold myself to high standards and would never treat you the way you do...
Read moreThis chipotle is right near my house. i am between two locations and this one opened up. at first the experience was amazing. However as time has gone on it has gone down. Last night 5/30/2024 at 8:55 pm my bf and i come here bc when we have busy nights this is a good go to. I try to wait until i've had a few bad experiences to leave a review so to leave this i've witnessed something more than once. Anyways last night i waited probably 10 minutes to be served bc there was only 1 girl working the line, really nice and even had manners working with her over rude/attitude bearing coworker. There was also only 1 girl working the drive through while the other staff members were cleaning (mind you cleaning over the food they are cooking, ew) and there is one girl in there all the time who has the nastiest attitude. she gets in the way of people working the line for mobile orders or just down right has a nasty attitude with her coworkers. Next time i'm in there i'm going to be taking pictures of the facility because usually the line is messy due to all the other co workers forcing 1 person to help the customers, also i usually catch home girl being a brat so you'll know who i'm talking about. not to mention i think they stop putting food out because they don't want to have to throw it away so they tell you there is no more. Again i'd like to mention the young lady working the line was calm and collected even when the other girl was a nasty B. I hope management sees this and tries to better the night time crew. and maybe get rid of the nasty...
Read moreI was so very excited for a chipotle to be so close to home but was sadly disappointed when visiting this evening for the first time. I have been to many of this chain, yet have never felt so rushed during the ordering process as I was at this location. After ordering, my family and I went to get our drinks and napkins and noticed their many containers for forks were empty. So I went up to the front counter to ask for a fork and the two young ladies at the front didn’t seem to understand why there were no forks. I’m not sure why a conversation about why there aren’t any forks was necessary. Point is, there aren’t any and I need one. The one young lady then went to the back to, one would assume, get a fork for me, but instead looked lost and came back with nothing and said nothing to me as I stood there. I finally got fed up and asked my husband to go ask for a fork bc I didn’t want to use my outside voice inside. Might I add, the tables were not clean, we know there were no forks based on this review, the trash was overflowing and the napkins were almost empty. If this had been week one of this place opening I probably would have been a little more understanding but most of this is pure common sense. The only saving grace is that the food was at least mediocre and that’s all the “positive” I have for this place. Pretty disappointing experience all...
