Chipotle — Restaurant in North East

This chipotle is right near my house. i am between two locations and this one opened up. at first the experience was amazing. However as time has gone on it has gone down. Last night 5/30/2024 at 8:55 pm my bf and i come here bc when we have busy nights this is a good go to. I try to wait until i've had a few bad experiences to leave a review so to leave this i've witnessed something more than once. Anyways last night i waited probably 10 minutes to be served bc there was only 1 girl working the line, really nice and even had manners working with her over rude/attitude bearing coworker. There was also only 1 girl working the drive through while the other staff members were cleaning (mind you cleaning over the food they are cooking, ew) and there is one girl in there all the time who has the nastiest attitude. she gets in the way of people working the line for mobile orders or just down right has a nasty attitude with her coworkers. Next time i'm in there i'm going to be taking pictures of the facility because usually the line is messy due to all the other co workers forcing 1 person to help the customers, also i usually catch home girl being a brat so you'll know who i'm talking about. not to mention i think they stop putting food out because they don't want to have to throw it away so they tell you there is no more. Again i'd like to mention the young lady working the line was calm and collected even when the other girl was a nasty B. I hope management sees this and tries to better the night time crew. and maybe get rid of the nasty...

Just ordered from Chipotle and absolutely horrible. I thought the TikTok and Instagram videos were funny in how they skimp on the chicken. Nope spot on. I said double chicken ...it was like 1 serving. When asked for more...the guy said oh I can give you a little more. At this point..I am tired and do not want to start yelling. Oh but wait..it gets better, the cashier is a complete jerk and literally almost dropped my food when handing it to me and then proceeded to be a smart a$$ about how to carry the tray. You know what...thusbplace need to go through more training and...

Staff were friendly but the rice was in balls, the food area was a mess considering it wasn't busy when I walked in (food all over the counter), the queso was nasty. All the parking near the door was taken and only one other customer was there. I was hopeful seeing some of the comments but to experience it it was one of the worst experiences I have had at Chipotle (minus the friendly staff). I'll stick with Chipotle in Elkton until...
