I get we’re in the midst of a pandemic but I think there’s needs to be more emphasis on the customer experience. I called here an hour before they closed to find out if their closing time matched what was displayed on Google because a lot of businesses aren’t matching their Google timed due to the pandemic. A nice girl told me they closed at 7 which was cool because I was leaving Bel Air and was 20 minutes out. She told me they were accepting orders over the phone. I told her I’m on my way and I’d call later. I got there at 6:30 and placed my order over the phone for an açaí bowl. She took my name and number and said she’d call back when it’s ready. Cool. Now usually the I’m window 10-20 minutes because the wait times here are hit and miss. There have been times where I waited 35 minutes for my bowl and timed where I only waited 5 minutes. I waited in my car until 6:50 then moved to the bench outside the store. There was a girl behind the counter that looked as if she was closing up. Nothing was being made. A guy was moping the floor. 6:59 rolls around and he’s ready to lock the door. I waved at him and asked if my order was ready. Told him my name and that I placed the order about 30 minutes ago. He asked the girl behind the counter who at first didn’t know what I ordered. I thought maybe she wasn’t the one that placed the order. He asked me what I’d ordered. I told him. He relayed my order to her. She said something to him then he told me “She said it’s been ready.” I never got a phone call. Didn’t get an apology for the miscommunication. At least my bowl was good. I come to this place every time I’m in the area. The product is really good, but sometimes the place really sucks due to wait times and just terrible customer service. Please do better. I really enjoy spending my money here. Just wish the...
Read moreNot the best experience today. Went to get some fresh juice and remembered I had a box of bottles from previous purchases. I usually throw them away but in my last visit I was advised they offer a .50 refund for each bottle (cool I love to save money). I usually forget to grab them when I go back but his time I remember. I had a bout 24 bottles to give back and based on the math that was good for about 11:00 to 12 bucks off. I always buy 4-5 juices at a minimum plus my wife love their smoothies, you can do the math on each purchase. Anyway I go In and greeted by a young lady who was very nice and helpful. Explained to her I had all these bottles and wanted to grab some fresh juice for the week. She told me I’d get $12 buck off depending on how many I was buying. That sounded strange, but ok. I don’t know how many but probably 5 today. Get my juice and go the counter and she says I would only get $2 off because I decided to get 4. That would have been cool if that was clearly explained in the beginning, so she said she could give me the other 20 bottles and I could exchange them when I come back to buy more. Wrong……. I thanked her for helping me, but won’t be using this spot again. She was awesome but I could tell she was newer and was told that after the fact. Not sure if the one In Fulton is owned by the same franchise but you might want to consider some cross training. Way better...
Read moreI love a good juice bar! Historically, I've had my best juice bar experiences out of town. My favorite one being Juice Generation located in NYC, so I was thrilled to learn that a new juice bar was opening right up the street from my girlfriend's place in Owings Mills. After much anticipation, my gf and I visited Sunset Raw for the first time yesterday. Sunset made an excellent first impression on us. Sunset is very vibrant, colorful and spacious inside. Now, I didn't catch whether Sunset has free wifi or not but if so, I would totally recommend this spot if you're looking to grab a good juice/smoothie and chill + surf the web. I bought a juice called Peaceful that had pineapple, apple and mint and was delicious! I also tasted the Strawberries and Cream, Island Kale and Tropical Mango smoothies. All were very good. The customer service was great. For example, I recently found out I have a nut allergy. Totally forgetting about my allergy, I ordered the Island Kale smoothie and had a slight reaction. The manager asked us what was wrong and after we explained the situation she immediately requested that I put in another smoothie order at no charge. I thought this was pretty cool! We're...
