TLDR: Save yourself a headache and drive to another location!
This location is horrible compared to the one 2 minutes up the street off red run blvd by Costco and the one 7 minutes away by Trader Joe’s.
The hours are always weird. They almost never have what I want. 8x out of 10 they don’t have it. Always out of key ingredients.
They charge per scoop for boba, $1.25 per scoop! The other locations are not doing that! They are light handed and it shows. Everything taste terrible!
The staff here the girls have funky attitudes, customers service skills needs serious improvement. I said my order twice at the window, first time she didn’t put it in she asked me what did I say and they still got it wrong. At the window I repeated it for the third time and I heard the girl in the back say “she did not say that!” Instead of saying, oh I’m sorry I’ll get that right out for you. The cashier says, well I have down you ordered XYZ. I’m thinking, let me not argue with someone handling my food. I said ok well (for the 4th time) that’s not what I want.
So, they can’t hear, they have funky attitudes, they don’t apologize for being wrong and they can’t make the drinks! Just awful! They all need to be fired honestly.
The drinks they made don’t even taste like it was made well. My drink is amazing at other locations. They act like people don’t know how it’s supposed to taste. Here I rather toss it in the trash. It taste like milk and Carmel. Almost no crunch, it was gross.
I will be contacting corporate , THIS LOCATION GAVE ME A STOMACH ACHE AND A HEAD ACHE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
It’s been awful for an over a year!
Update: 8/2025 I returned to this location because the one I like was out of an item. It’s been a year. The male at the window was rude. Took my money then handed my sandwich out the window with his back turned. No have a nice day, no here you are. Customer service is trash. But I anticipated this as I stopped coming to this location. And I really mean it. Never returning to this location ever...
Read moreI am a Starbucks partner ,. I love working for Starbucks and I always feel privileged to use my partner numbers going into my own store and other stores ,setting me aside frm being a typical customer , however at this location I went inside to place my order , following up with my partner numbers to complete my purchase and the shift on duty Marc Ordaz asked me to provide him with my Md state Id card … I did show him my id card proving tht I was the partner tht pops up on his screen when I give my partner numbers . This left me feeling totally offended and not like a partner at all . I always use my partner numbers at every location possible , evn out of state and I have never been asked to Prove who I was . I felt like this was unnecessary especially after I provided my partner numbers and I am a honest Starbucks employee who does follow partner policy . I shouldn’t have to prove my identity after I givepartner numbers and provide my numbers . I was still a paying customer . Following this I asked for his name bc he was not wearing a name tag (per Starbucks policy) I wanted to inform my manager at my own store on how I was treated . I love Starbucks and I love great energy , I am also a great customer . but unfortunately at this store I was not...
Read moreUPDATE: IS EVERYTHING OKAY AT THIS LOCATION? Went in this morning and was not greeted although I spoke. The only person who seemed present was Donald who took my order. The silence was awkward. The tension was apparent. The young woman who handed me my drink said nothing. Everyone seemed upset! STARBUCKS get some customer service training scheduled and boost the morale! Clearly these young people are not happy! It showed through their lack of customer service and my awful tasting coffee! Wont be coming back to this location!
Stopped by this morning for my beloved honey citrus mint tea and unfortunately they didn’t have the ingredients to make it for the second day in a row. The barista who took my order offered me an alternative to accommodate me. She made all the difference from my experience the day before by simply offering an alternative. The other day I stopped by this location, I was told by another barista there was no honey citrus mint tea. I asked if there was something similar available and she told me no-offered no alternatives. I ended up ordering a coffee I did not enjoy. I planned on not coming back but today made the difference. I didn’t catch her name but thank you ma’am for...
