Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Maryland

I'm in between dentures and I want to believe that they're not laughing at me behind the counter but three including I think manager we're laughing and looking directly at me even if they're not laughing at me it's very rude to just laugh and stare at a customer the manager even came from the back to look at what they were laughing at if there's a joke going on behind that counter they definitely did not let us the customer know I was very disappointed the only employee that seemed to be really nice was Alexander he was amazing and didn't laugh once. He was so professional and amazing with my son I felt he professionally distanced himself from the group that was laughing . I'm very disappointed Cold Stone

An employee named Nathan seem to be the one that started all the Laughing to begin with once again it's very rude to laugh that much and not be part of the joke not know about the joke it makes the customer think that it's about them especially considering the circumstance

I am so disappointed in the manager laughing I'm so disappointed in Cold Stone all together I'll be calling corporate first thing in the morning we spend hundreds of dollars in birthday parties and birthday cakes an outings in mother groups in PTA coming out here to Cold Stone I literally cried when I got home

To your reply did you read the part where I said there was an authority figure that they ( the employees ) went to the back just to retrieve what I believe was a manager and laugh with that authority figure was laughing perhaps that is why I left without saying anything more. I just know it was not another employee it look like a manager. And that is backed up by your camera footage. You r welcome to post the camra footage...

Stopped by with my wife to experience the newly launched Cold Stone Creamery at this location. I was nothing short of delightful! Their staff welcomed us with their warm smiles and service was efficient. Even though it's a new establishment, the speed of their service was commendable.
