We ordered one pan pizza. The first got here promptly but was very under cooked. We called Domino's back and asked for a new one, the representative said he would take care of it right away. We called back after no activity for 45 minutes, my wife and I called 10 times from 9:20 - 9:30 (they close at 11pm, per their website) until they finally answered. No way to prove it but they were definitely screening our calls. When asking about our follow up pizza the representative stated he knew nothing about it because he was just a driver. When I asked if he could get me someone who would know something about it he said that person was busy, then asked me to put the pizza in my oven to finish cooking. To summarize, I paid money for a service which was inadequate and their response (at least the driver's response) was for me to complete their service by cooking the pizza I paid for. It goes without saying but they never worked on our follow up order. The conversation with the driver started to fade as I heard the cook yelling from the background that he "never under cooks pizzas", this only prompted the driver who I was initially speaking with to laugh at me. The last minute or so of the conversation consisted of the cook screaming, the driver laughing and them not responding to any of my prompts to restart the conversation. They eventually hung up. My wife and I simply wanted a quick dinner and go to bed. Not only was our dinner being disregarded but we were mocked and screamed at by the staff.
The manager (at least I think he is the manager) called me from another phone number prior to the delivery of the first pizza to confirm our address. I called this phone number back after the driver hung up on me and he was very apologetic and promised to send us our pizza. He offered some free food. In regards to the staff, he did mention he would have a staff meeting but never mentioned any consequences for the two staff members involved and actually provided an excuse for the cook stating "well you know cooks are like artists, they take it personal".
I doubt this is usually how they treat customers but I've never been treated like this. Needless to say I will never be ordering from this...
Read moreI ordered 2 of their 5.99 deals; a medium pizza with hamburger and the Sweet BBQ bacon boneless chicken. I ordered one order of ranch dressing and one order of blue cheese dressing. I hadn't realized I had ordered pick up on-line rather than delivery. Okay, so 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered I called and then told me it was for pick up. So, off I go to get my luke warm food. When I got there they couldn't find my pizza. Only the chicken was ready. They said they were having trouble with their on-line orders. So, maybe I originally ordered delivery to begin with. They did apologize and said they would remake MY ENTIRE ORDER. I asked if my order was going to be free or discounted, but the guy behind the counter said "you already paid for it." They offered my a 2 litre of soda, but I told him I didn't drink soda. Nothing was offered to me like a large instead of a medium or my next pizza free or discounted...nothing. When my pizza was done, they handed me the pizza and my old boneless chicken. I reminded him he said they would remake my entire order and he said, no just the pizza. Read moreVery disappointed!!! Wish i could give No stars on this reveiw!!! Wrong food was delivered. We called to get the correct order which was then delivered WRONG again. I showed driver order was wrong Again & he said he would take care of it. I guess taking care of my order was forgeting about it! Called a third time after waiting 40 minutes for the no show driver and Store said they would just refund the money. When a new driver came with refund he tried to give me $7 on a $10.99 item. This after i tiped 1st driver 9.00 dollars! New driver said he was told by the manager to give me $7.I did not take the 7.00 and wanted full refund, Driver reluctantly handed over the full amount.I have been ordering from this store for 11 years and the last 4 or 5 times I have placed an order it has been wrong! I have been very patient but when this happens time & time again it is Not a mistake it is incompetency! If i was owner of this store i would get on top of these jokers as there are many spots in Frederick to grab a pie & some wings!!! Called Milos for my wings after this Domoinos Debacle.
