I don’t know whether there was a change in management, lack of training or no supervision, whatever has happened; I can say that I will never make another purchase from this store! The first order, I spent 50.00 on pizza, and additional sides. The sides: chicken wings, pasta, etc, were great; however, the pizza was horrible! It was way over cooked, almost burnt! It was like eating cardboard! Couldn’t taste sauce, and the cheese was brown, parts bubbled up (hard). It got thrown in the trash.
Even after that, when I saw the ad for their New York style pizza, and decided to give them another chance. I order a medium NY style pizza with extra cheese and sauce, and a regular pizza with extra cheese, sauce. I did thinking that even if it was over cooked, the extra cheese, sauce would compensate for it. Well, I was wrong! It was exactly like my previous order! They were way over cooked, and there was NO way that they put extra sauce and cheese on them! Plus the NY style pizza wasn’t even cut! Not that it made a difference, seeing how hard and dry everything was! 4 slices of pizza, two from each one: for two people and in the trash it went!
What a big disappointment! They have lost a loyal customer. I won’t purchase anything from this...

The order was prepped, baked, and entered "Quality Check" at 7:48pm. At 8:08pm, I called the store. I spoke with the manager and he lied to me and told me that my order JUST enetered "QUALITY CHECK." Because of his accent, it was difficult to understand him, and when he became belligerent and loud with me, it was almost impossible to understand him. At 8:16pm, the app showed that my order left the store, however, when I checked again at 8:22pm, it showed that my order and the driver were still at the store. At 8:28pm, I checked the app AGAIN and the driver was not on his way to my house. He was delivering to other stops before my house. As I type this, it's been 1 hour and 2 minutes since I placed my order.
I received my order at 8:44pm, 1 hour and 16 minutes after placing my order, and ALL the food was cold....
