I have to say that this location REALLY has it together! From manager to first day employee! The drivers Roger, Austin, Ray, in NO way can leave out the pizza master's they have, plus THE ENTIRE HAMPSTEAD, MARYLAND CREW HONESTLY DESERVE MORE THAN JUST 5 STARS!!!(ppppppossssssttttt by the way.... the owner of this store was fixing peoples pizza if messed up from the time out the door til it was on the counter or table ready to eat without a piece of meat or veggie!) I don't know if you CORPORATION LAZY BASTARDS HAVE ANY HOT(OVEN) TRUCKS , I MEAN AFTER YOU MADE SURE EVERY POSH NEIGHBORHOOD AND UPPER CLASS AREAS GOT THEM(BUT HEY YA GAVE A FEW TO MIDDLE CLASS AREAS JUST TO LOOK GOOD AND MAYBE EVEN A HANDFUL OF ROUGH NEIGHBORHOODS OF COURSE)!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE DISTRIBUTED THEM TO ALL LOCATIONS. BUT NNNOOOO, YOU MAKE THESE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN(MOSTLY HIGH SCHOOLERS AND COLLEGE STUDENTS) USE THEIR OWN PERSONAL VEHICLES, GAS, WEAR AND TEAR, BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS THAT YOU ONLY PAY THEM $5.60 AND THINK, "EH, THEY'LL MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE IN TIPS!". WELL I'VE DELIVERED PIZZA BEFORE AND ATLEAST 50% DON'T TIP, AND MAJORITY OF PEOPLE WHO DO ONLY GIVE UP TO $5 (AND THAT'S IF THEY'RE LUCKY!! We called to talk to someone about one of the pizzas we got because it was not to our satisfaction . The "manager" if that's what you call her was rude dorky ur min she got in the phone . Wouldn't let us explain out issue continues to heave a nasty tone about the fact that they weigh stuff which ok but when we order the same thing and pay for it and we are paying customers aren't happy the appropriate response would be " I'm sorry for your issue I will gladly take care of it for you . But this was not the case . Then she said she would put the general manager on and inwas on hold for mins know one ever picked up the phone which is the most unprofessional thing . Being in good business I would never treat any customer the way we were treated and I will be making a complaint to corporate in the morning . Sad people have these Managment proteins and have no clue to how to talk to the public . Read moreI recently went to redeem a free medium 2-topping pan pizza and I thought the last time I ordered a pan pizza that it was too soft. I did not enjoy my pizza because the dough was no cooked all the way. It was crispy on the bottom but majority was too chewy and not edible. I stopped eating it because I didn’t want to take any health risks. I decided to give it another try and redeemed a pizza but this time I ordered it well done. The pizza was still not edible and too juicy. I literally bit in and it was so chewy I knew that it wasn’t the cheese. I could pull chunks of dough out and spread it around.
