Store is okay. Employees are friendly. The issue, what has been the issue since they started employing teens (no offense) is that the coffee is bitter. I get extra extra. And despite that, it tastes like no sugar was added at all. Except the last two swallows. They taste great. The issue is that the coffee is not being stirred. So the sugar and the creamer is not being mixed into the coffee. And it wouldn't be an issue if I were going straight home I could stir myself. But in the car, with no way to do that, you have no choice but to drink it.

The other issue is they give you 5 coffees and no tray. They actually hand you 5 coffees, one by one out of the window and don't think to offer one. Like where am I putting them all? My head? 😆 And .... They don't give you the tabs to cover the mouth piece. So boiling coffee hits your hands as you're balancing them. I do ask for the trays now. But the first few times I just figured they'd give them. But now I ask when I order and again at the window when they forget.

I don't normally complain. But last time the coffee splashed out and burned the h* out of me. Maybe teach them to put the tabs in every time. They know you're driving. Most people will want them. And if they can't do that then go back to the lids with the open/close tab.

I'm not putting down the teens. I only mentioned that the issue started with them because prior, when the owners worked there, they stirred the coffee and always gave trays if you bought more than 2 coffees. I think younger kids just don't think about that. But it would be helpful if they did this small change....

I'm leaving this review in hopes someone sees it. If you have people ordering a bunch of food you need to have them park. I just spent over 10 minutes sitting and waiting for a coffee because the ONE person in front of me ordered a bunch of food. I couldn't even get out of the line since there's no room to go around. The employee did apologize for the wait but it didn't help that my lid wasn't on right causing it to spill everywhere and it's cold! If you got me waiting for over 10 min why is my coffee sitting in the window with the cold air !?! I've been to this location before with no issue but I'm thinking with the other reviews about them being slow it may really help if they have large orders park and bring the...

Absolutely horrible customer service. They were busy, but after 15 minutes of waiting for a curbside order, I ended up walking in to pick it up. The only thing the lady had to say is "o sorry we're busy". To top it off I heard the other lady gifting free food to those going through the drive thru for their wait (they cleared the drive thru line and at least 3 other folks who showed up after I did).
