As I pulled up to the window after placing my order, I asked if i could have a chocolate glazed donut as my "free donut w. large drink". Before I could finish my sentence, the cashier abruptly interrupted me and told me they didnt have that, and that they only had (some other chocolate type). I asked for another option. He took my money and told me to "pull over there", gesturing to the front of the store. There were no other cars behind me so i didnt understand why i needed to park or why this order, which i ordered so many times before would take so much longer than usual. Another employee brought my order to my car, without his mask on and handed me the donut in a soiled and sticky donut bag. I ordered an ice cappuccino that had a combination of the frozen drink ice and regular ice with a huge solid chunk of ice in the middle. There was very little actual liquid in the drink.
I have visited this location often, usually in the morning, and there is a female cashier who is usually very pleasant. This is the first time, i have ever been treated this way, and i dont understand whether is was the cashiers personal prejudice of me or a personal issue within himself that caused him to not only be so venomously rude, but to intentionally handle my order in such a poor fashion.
I feel it is dangerous for such an individual to work with the general public with these prejudices and habits. If this is standard practice, the health department and the ACLU needs to be notified to investigate the fair handling of customers...
Read moreI love this Dunkin! I am not normally a fan of Dunkin because I have had too many bad experiences with stale donuts, watered down and weak old coffee, rude employees...the list goes on. But when this place opened recently on my regular daily route I decided to give it a try one day when I was in a rush and had no time for the long lines at starbucks. I got a coffee (Americano, hot) and a breakfast sandwich. Both exceeded my expectations. The coffee was hot, fresh, and strong...exactly the way I like it...and the sandwich was great as well. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant itself was clean, bright, and modern. Gone are the old little tables and plastic chairs. This Dunkin is a coffee shop where you can go to sit and relax in comfortable seating, chat with friends, sit and read a book, or catch up on the news on television. To make sure this wasnt just a "one off" I returned at least 3 more times and each time I had the same great experience. And if your in a hurry, they also have a drive-thru that is fast...
Read moreI’ll start by saying I am not the one to write reviews. But the experience and disrespect I encountered at this Dunkin was urging me to write one. The new woman manager, about 5’4, dark hair, Nepali or Indian, was the most disrespectful and attitude full manager I have dealt with. She gave me an attitude when I said my drink did not taste right. I politely asked if she could add ingredients and she rolled her eyes and asked me why I always have a problem with the drink.. On another occasion, I received an OLD DRINK that was sitting on the counter for some time. The ice was all melted, and it appeared a few sips were already taken. Then she forgot my order of hash browns on another occasion too. She is just awful. They have horrible customer service. Please go to any of the other 3 Dunkins in the area. They are all within a 5mile radius. I will gladly, never...
