Not only does "America Run on Dunkin'," my wife and I do as well, especially while we're traveling. We enjoy getting coffee and food products at this franchise back in our home city of Las Vegas (Nevada), so we were fortunate enough to find a Dunkin' at this airport, close to our gate, while waiting to depart back home.
During our visit on 10 Feb 2024, we didn't purchase anything to eat (only coffee), therefore, my review is strictly on the coffee itself and the restaurant's service. In short, I didn't experience anything negative with our visit at this Dunkin'. It's unfortunate that based on others' experiences that this restaurant has such low ratings, because our visit was seamless. I didn't get the female's name, but our cashier was very friendly and prepared our coffee really quick (assuming it was her that prepared our coffee).
The prices are adequate, for being located inside an airport (we all know prices are typically higher in airports). This restaurant is like all the other Dunkin' restaurants I've been to and they do support the men and women in uniform, to include its Veterans, so yes, they do offer military discounts which is highly respectable, and I am thankful for that.
Back home, my family and I enjoy getting their donuts and breakfast food...especially their hash browns. Although we don't eat here often, it is a good treat whenever we visit. But I will say that I've noticed a slight decline in food quality and customer service at various Dunkin' locations across the country - this is obviously due to poor management from the top-down. However, I did not experience that at this Dunkin' location, which is appreciative. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone traveling through...
Read moreThis place is awful stay away. I fly out of BWI every couple of weeks and the store is always dirty and the service is usually terrible. This last time there was a handwritten paper saying" on break be back in 20 minutes"; I sat down and waited for the guy to come back; about 30 minutes later he arrived. There was customer standing there waiting while he took the time to sweep the floor and take the trash out. Most customers left. I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and went To order, after standing there for a minute or so I said, "are you still open"? He barked at me" I'm on break". A reference the sign and that I have been waiting for about 40 minutes and he proceeded to tell me 1 million reasons why that wasn't a break and why he's on break now. He offered to help me but at that point I decided it was best to walk away. Maybe the dude is having an off day, but it was extremely inappropriate to Ignore and talk to...
Read moreI had an early morning flight out of BWI. Waited for the DD to open at 5am, had to get my liquid courage to face a long day traveling! My gate was close to this location. There was a long line but the employees were working hard to get everyone served. People had complaints about their wait and how long they've waited, etc. but I guess they fail to understand that it wasn't the employee's fault so many people wanted DD at one time! I think the longest waits I witnessed were customers not knowing what they wanted and not being prepared to pay once they ordered! (Not like you didn't have time to be prepared...while you complained.) I appreciate the employees, their composure to the rudies, and the fast service they provided me. My bagel and coffee were thoroughly enjoyed! (Oh, FYI, the Starbucks line DOES NOT...
