Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

The customer service here (if you can even call it that) is just insulting. I'm not a regular Dunkin' patron, but occasionally stop by to grab a coffee or a gift card. "Indifferent" would be far too generous to describe the "service" at this store, and every experience I've had at this location has ranged from "unpleasant" to "uncomfortable." The cashiers, etc., barely even look at you, never EVER say "thanks" (much less smile), don't bother to confirm orders verbally, and--last time I ordered at the drive-through (needed a last-minute gift card for a teacher)--didn't even say anything at all, practically tossing the item through my car window and turning their backs before I could even thank them or acknowledge the order. You may think I sound entitled or petty in this review, but I assure you: I'm used to and can accept apathetic teenage service at fast food joints as a general matter, but this is several steps below that and borders on outright offensive. This has been my experience at this outlet every single time I've had the displeasure of visiting. I plan to lodge some kind of complaint with Dunkin' corporate, but, in the meantime, dear citizens: don't patronize this excuse for a restaurant. DD was great way back when, but went downhill fast. It got to be so bad in 2017 that we stopped going even for free coffee after a Ravens win and with about $30 left on our app gift card. Fast Forward to 2022, tried them again today. Ordered midnight roast black using the promo with 10 free munchkins. Didn't get the free munchkins and the coffee was super weak. Even if it was original blend, you could see how watery it was when pouring it into my mug. Ended up just brewing a pot of Folgers at home. If you like DD coffee, it may just be that you are mixing it with cream and sugar or enough flavors to spice it up. The core of the drink is still terrible. As for the donuts, I have to admit that their donuts are now much better. Still not as good as they were many years ago, but they are on par with Safeway donuts which raises DD to 2 stars. just left the place & usually this never happens, me & boyfriend just wanted to get some breakfast & when we ordered he got the order wrong, plus we ordered 2 sides of snackin bacon & they were both cold & raw and grease dripping through the bag i don’t know how that is possible bc im pretty sure the bacon comes already cooked being as i working in the food industry, also we ordered 2 donuts mind you 2 donuts & they only gave us one & we sat there waiting for him to return to tell him we were missing one (we ordered a powdered jelly filled donut) he said okay that he gonna go grab one & he did but as we drove down the road we realized he gave us the WRONG donut, after saying it twice. now i’ve never been the person to ever leave a bad or good review on a place but this was honestly shameful & so terrible! i don’t even think this deserves a 1 star if i could give 0 stars i would. the one meal you don’t mess up for someone is...
