Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I would have given it a better rating but for the fact that there are two female employees that work in the evening who allow their male friends to hang out in the store. I wasn't going to write a review but I happen to go in the store at 3:34 pm and one of the same males is hanging in the store AGAIN. The one female employee doesn't have any work ethics. She curses and behaves as if she's at home and not her place of employment. The other night her male friends came into the store rowdy and cursing. A male customer called the police because of their behaviour. After the police inquired if everything was alright this female employee proceeded along with her make friends to curse and make threats against the male customer. Thank goodness the customer had already left the store. I hope that the OWNERS read my review and handle this matter. This employee needs to learn that Dunkin Donuts is her place of employment, not her personal playground. Otherwise the food, coffee and teas...

Since it is 5:25pm and they are closed because of not having enough employees to work. Im changing my review. I come to this DD all the time and have never seen them close at this time. One employee working. This is ridiculous. She is turning away all the people trying to walk inside and place orders. So unless u have a vehicle u will not get served. Cant walk up to the drive thru either. To me this is bad service. I have watched over 10 people get turned away in less then 10 minutes. They need to hire some more people. Bad business in my opinion.

WORST DUNKIN IN BALTIMORE. Time after time they are Extremely inconsistent, bad wait times, poor customer service from the men and they are disrespectful. The ladies are nice, however the Owner/management is disrespectful towards women, including his staff and customers..
