Stopped at terminal B Dunkin Donuts first thing in the morning before my 6:20 am flight to Orlando. It was about 4:40 am. After I had been awake for 24 hrs the rude girl behind the counter said "I'm not opening until 5 o'clock " even though I was standing back actually just trying to decide what to get. The line started to form. Then the rude girl walked by the line taunting "I'm not opening until 5". Ok so I'm 3rd in line. I finally get waited on and after this girl stated to co-workers that all coffees and beverages were ready, I order a caremel cappuccino and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. The young man waiting on me said we don't have cappuccino or lattes right now I said then give me 2 reg coffees. The guy making the drinks put up 1 coffee and called my number. I then told him it should be 2. He said it'll be right up. Then after a fee others got served he put up my other coffee but it was a small. I pointed this out and he corrected it. I get to my gate and start to drink and it was the worst cup of coffee ever!!! Actually it was hot water with some cream. For almost $7 a cup for a total of close to $14 my husband and I trashed our coffee. They should be ashamed of their employees, and the quality of their products at this...
Read moreThe manager working the first shift this morning (6/29/25) was absolutely terrible. The employees there were doing their best in what was clearly a stressful situation (cash only with a till that was malfunctioning) and making things happen so kudos to them. The (shift?) manager though came out to… I dunno. Assist?? And did a terrible job to put it nicely. Her customer service was absolutely deplorable; she was incredibly rude…. It would be better if she had just stayed in the back hidden where she was. Maybe help prep the food and go get change from somewhere so your location can service customers (thanks to one of the workers for her clear thinking to make that happen). But don’t come to the front with your attitude, it doesn’t help. That manager (wish I knew your name I’d publish it) should definitely stay in the back until she has a remediation course in shift running, problem solving, and customer service. Read moreThe young woman that took my order went above and beyond screwing up the order. I told her I wanted two ice coffees. One with whipped cream and one without it. I also order two donuts. One with sprinkles and a Boston cream filled donut.
I was given two black coffee’s with ice and no whipped cream on one of the coffee’s. The Boston cream donut didn’t taste right. Like it was out of date. As a matter of fact both donuts seems to have been made the day before, they weren’t fresh. The donut size was too small (about 3 inches in diameter). I get better than that at a donut shop in St. Cloud, Fl; and I pay less for them too.
Luckily another young woman saw what was going on and came to the rescue and fix the issue and got the order straightened out. Kudos to that young women. She was the reason I gave a five star for the service,...
