Five Guys — Restaurant in Maryland

Food was garbage. Burger overcooked, fries old and cold... probably because the staff was high.

Three employees were sitting outside next to the cars in the front if the store. Not in the back, not out of site, but right in the front parking lot. I get it, its 2022, weed is everywhere. But you can at least go to the back of the building so its not around toddlers and infants... We told the staff, and shift manager Nick Barrett went out to get the workers. Two of them went back inside to work their shift, and one stayed outside. This five guys employee then followed my WIFE to her car, and as she was loading our THREE year old and ONE MONTH OLD BABY in the car, blew smoke right inside with them. He then circled her car after she got in and spit on her car. When we called in to get the name of the guy, Nick Barrett shift manager took no responsibility of what happened, saying he has no idea what happened. Didn't look at the security cameras or anything. If you want to get spit on, followed, and get your babies high - this is the spot for you.

Again, I get it, 2022... everyone smokes. No problem. But the smoking age is 21 years, not 3 or...

If I could rate this location lower I would. It took 25 minutes for 2 burgers and a grilled cheese. Dennis? Why would it take so long? I'll tell you. The employees behind the counter were laughing and joking instead of watching the food. They burned my sons grilled cheese then they guy sang a song about how I dont get no gr gr gr grilled chhheeeeeeesa. It was awful. I'm not unsympathetic, I get you want to have fun at work but to sing about me not getting what I played for while my sone gnaws on the counter ain't cool. To tio it off they shorted us on fries and the other 2 burgers and 1/4 cup fries sweated the bottom of the bag and it dumped out on the street when I got home.... this place sucks. Haven't been to 5 guys in Owings Mills I went there My sandwich did not have what I asked for on it it had 1 mushroom 1 green pepper lettuce tomato Mayonnaise and ketchup When I think of a sandwich I think of a sandwich with several mushrooms fried onions everything is a sandwich to me me but I have to say I spoke to a manager there it's bull manager there and she was very very caring and who carried next time I was in the area she would correct the problem so I'm willing to give it a second shot it could have just been they had a new person working I don't know but I'm not gonna say that the food's not good there because the food is Wonderful is this the way the...
