Final update: Sunday i spoke with in person about my situation. I was promised a call today bybtheir internet guy today. Surprise surprise i was not called. No more chances i will be disputing the charge. You hope people who do not receive their order will nit notice the charge on the debit or credit cars. I know call it blatant theft. In shirt if you wish to order food order over the phone ans pay for it in the store. No one should go through this. I dont doubt they made the order. I am sure the order was delivered wrong or not delivered at all.....but they don't believe me. Let's see if my bank believes me. I'm done. Update: in spite being told my order was canceled and I would be refunded you still charged me I will be going to my bank tomorrow to file a dispute for the charges. You just lost a loyal customer over this. Updateate: At at 8:52 i called again. I got told he'd call the driver. The driver claims he delivered the food. I asked for it to be left by the door. Funny, I have been outside for over an hour, and no delivery driver has come by. And even worse, I was asked if I checked by the door. Uh yeah, I am outside. So yeah, I've checked by the door. So he misdelivered it or lied. Hopefully, the order is canceled as promised and i am refunded.

They offered to remake the order, but if their driver didn't get it right the first time, I'm sure he won't get it right the second time. Never again will I order delivery from fortunatos.

The driver didn't deserve the tip. The person making the food deserved that tip.

The food here is awesome. I've never had a problem with the food.

My complaint is that I ordered for delivery tonight. Over an hour and a half after ordering, I still do not have my order. I live 1/2 mile from fortunatos. Weather and being in pain I thought I'd treat us to calzones via delivery. Order and pick up or go order and wait. Do not order for delivery.....they used to use doordash don't know if they still do but I didn't order delivery to wait 90 plus minutes to get food nor should I have to heat food up if it ever gets here because it is cold. I was told the person who picked up my order had 4 or 5 deliveries to make. You should NEVER send a driver with that many orders it causes to long of a wait and hig potential of cold food. Even with rain, I should not be waiting this long. And I left a 15% tip for the driver, so please don't say it's a...

I usually am never dissatisfied with my food. However, this time i was so disappointed that i will NEVER return. My husband ordered an Italian cold cut, american cheese instead of provolone, onions on the side, extra lettuce and add pickles. He said these words exactly because he had me on the phone when he was ordering. When he came home i had an AMERICAN cold cut with onions on the side, lettuce, pickles and american cheese. I was gonna try to deal with it but my bread was toasted so hard that i could barely bite it. I called and they did answer although they were closed by then. Sal answered im sure because i know his voice because i have been patronizing him for years. I told him i usually enjoy his food and I explained that my order was wrong. He basically said my sub was made like i ordered it and thats what was in the computer. I told him again thats not what my husband ordered because i was on the phone to make sure. He insisted that it was what he said and im like no sir that not what i ordered and maybe my husband was misunderstood. He actually raised his voice and continued insisting so i firmly told him that was messed up and that im never comimg back. He continued fussing at me so i hung up. How rude! After all my business i gave him! He couldnt even agree that it was a miscommunication. I would have accepted that he remake my sub another time since they were closed for the night. I passed alot of restaurants coming from Bel air to visit his restaurant. Never again will i go back. BAD...

We just had a long drive of 11 hours and were tired and not wanting to waste a lot of time looking for a good place to eat. My girlfriend and I both have spent our lives living near the gulf and eating fresh seafood. We know the difference. Last night, we had a bad experience at a tourist trap on the water in what is known as the Seafood Capital of South Carolina - Murell's Inlet. We were tired and not in the mood to go on a hunt for the best seafood in the Baltimore area. I found a 5 star rating for Fortunato's and started reading the reviews. Several raved about the crab cakes. We both love crab cakes and are always in search of the new top of our list. We both found it hard to believe that a great crab cake could be found at a pizza restaurant not on or near the water. We are also both skeptical about online reviews raving about seafood because we both know most folks don't know what is or is not good seafood. Tonite we found one that unseated our previous number one. If there is a better crab cake out there than the one we found at this little pizza restaurant in a strip mall, I am hard pressed to imagine how. And the pizza ranked among the best I have ever had. If I ever drive back through here, I will stop again. Do yourself a favor and go have a crab cake...
