Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

My food was complete shit and so was my coworkers that ordered there. I brought the food back because it was a sloppy mess and the sauce was soaking through the bread it was more sauce then anything I go back and tell them and the woman behind the counter gave me an attitude. It was very nasty told me Then people should stop ordering from here and gave a attitude the whole time bc I said it was a reck I asked for a refund bc I didn’t not want the food they continued to make the food anyways I asked for a gms name I got told her name was Asia I called back bc when I brought the new food back they put Rotisserie chicken on both of them when that’s not what I ordered at all and the bread had to of been bad bc it was falling apart and the banana peppers was sour really bad food winded up going in trash when I spoke to her on the phone she kept yelling saying they don’t have hire up manager that her and the girl inside run the store and that’s it when that’s not the case I work right across from it and Ik some of the other works that worked there so ik it’s not true I said isn’t ur gm Asia bc I asked in the store and that’s the name I was given they tried to say they don’t...

Walked in Subway, Woodbridge Center, Edgewood, MD. I stood there and nobody was behind the counter. I then walked up to the register -side and noticed a young lady eating. I asked her to help me with multiple orders. She asked me to come to the order side and asked me what bread. I wasn’t sure. She rolled her eyes and I looked at her negative faces. Now, was on the phone trying determine what bread for the order-she rolled her eyes. The place was empty-so I didn’t think I had to rush… I was now concerned about her preparing my food. Her attitude was not positive so I walked out. This was the first time I walked in there to order anything. I should have asked for a Manager who probably would have been more professional. Rude and unacommodating employees. I ordered a sandwich, and the woman behind the counter got an attitude when I asked for peppers, saying she couldn't put them on after toasting. No one asked me at any point what toppings I wanted. The sandwich had mayo, which I can't stand.
