China Haste — Restaurant in Edgewood

I ordered 2 orange chickin w/ pork fried rice and shrimp toast and whem i got my food home i opened my chickin to see a very long thick black hair in it witch was clearly their hair. Not only was there hair in it my chickin was dry as if it was sitting out and my shrimp toast was raw in the middle. I called them to request a new order of everything. Once i had got back to get my new food my husband and i had decided we didn't want the food any more. When I asked for my refund they told me they can't give me a refund that they don't do that. I asked why not. She told me because they just don't do that. I proceeded to say. You mean to tell me you cant give me back my money for the disgusting food you sold me with your hair in it?? She then said well you didnt bring us back the egg rolls. Granit, I did for get to bring them back. By then I was so frustrated I told her just take the money out for the egg rolls and give me my money back.

I will never go back...

I was hesitant to write this but enough is enough. I had written them off due to the lack of service but I gave them one more shot and it seems nothing has changed. If you go here in the evening chances are there is a little boy trying to take your order ( pretty sure that a child labor law violation) Everytime I have order i have stated no vegatables and today was the day they got it wrong for the last time. In the food industry if you special order something its for a reason so why when i say no vegatables they put the one thing in it i despise the most and that being onion's. Dont waste your time going here or even calling ahead. They have no phone manners and worst in face to face...

I don’t know how they have any bad ratings. They have been here a while and have always given us good food and service. I started door dashing from them recently and that experience has been great. They read the special directions and follow them. The food doesn’t have a greasy or fishy taste like in some Chinese food places. That indicates to me that they keep their cookware clean. The general tso’s is the right amount of sweet & spicy. The color is a beautiful red and the sauce is thick enough. They did a good job with the tofu as well. As for the person that complained about the sweet & sour sauce… I think the color in the picture is the traditional style- that’s all I’ve seen....
