First time trying this place, I overheard people speaking about it opening back up apparently they were close for sometime and it just so happens yesterday while I visited was the first day back open. I have to be honest.. the sauce to pizza ratio was off... bad the undercarriage was great and the crunch was nice even the way they warmed the 2 slices I got was excellent not hot enough to burn my tongue or roof of my mouth but not warm where I'm asking them to put it back in the oven. The people seemed very happy and so did the customers. The place was also sparkling clean. Over all 7.5 out of 10 however the pizza was a 6.5.

I typically order a slice of pizza, as I find it to be delicious, sauce has great flavor as does the crust. Last time I was there I saw a cheeseteak order and knew I had to try it. So, I did. I ordered the special cheeseteak and it was just as good as it looks. It was stuffed plenty with meat and toppings. The onion rings were crispy and tasted good, lot of them too. My husband enjoyed his chicken cheeseteak and our daughter had her slice of pizza gone in no time. The inside is always clean and the wait for food is never long.

So tried Franks for the first time since they rebuilt their restaurant!! The food was amazing...and considerably quick!! Only thing I didn't like was the boy who took our order!! He seems to truly hate his job..even rolling his eyed while placing our order muttering stuff under his breath!! But thankfully the food made up for his pure ignorance!! We put it off to him being a teenager who just wants a check but not work for it!!! Hopefully he'll quit so it doesn't reflect on the owner's!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Frank's Pizza located at 105 NE Plaza, North East, MD 21901, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the overall experience.

During my trip to Washington DC with my brother Mike, we decided to stop by Frank's Pizza on our way back to NYC. We were joined by our friend Duane, who suggested this place for its convenient location right off I-95.

As soon as we entered Frank's Pizza, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The smell of freshly baked dough and melted cheese filled the air, instantly making our mouths water. The place had a cozy, family-friendly vibe, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch.

We placed our orders, with Duane going for two cheese slices, Mike opting for a Philly cheesesteak on a hero, and myself choosing a cheesesteak sandwich on a hero with a side of crispy french fries. Let me tell you, the portions were absolutely massive! Each bite was filled with an explosion of flavors.

The cheese slices that Duane ordered were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, and gooey and cheesy on the inside. They were just the right amount of savory, satisfying our pizza cravings in the best possible way.

Mike's Philly cheesesteak was a true delight. The tender, thinly sliced steak was seasoned to perfection and served on a soft, fresh hero roll. It was generously topped with perfectly melted cheese, sautéed onions, and peppers, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The sandwich was packed with so much deliciousness, it was impossible to resist taking one bite after another.

My cheesesteak sandwich was equally as amazing. The combination of the tender steak, melted cheese, and the soft, fresh hero roll was a winning combination. The flavors were well-balanced, and the meat was cooked just right. Paired with the crispy and golden french fries, it was a match made in culinary heaven.

But it wasn't just the food that impressed us at Frank's Pizza. The service was exceptional. The woman who took our order was so kind and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The staff was attentive and efficient, creating a pleasant dining experience.

Overall, our visit to Frank's Pizza was nothing short of outstanding. The delicious food, generous portions, and excellent service all contributed to a memorable dining experience. We left feeling satisfied and happy, already planning our next visit to this gem of a pizzeria. If you're ever in North East, Maryland, I highly recommend stopping by Frank's Pizza. You won't be...

Franks is very popular in the area.

I've been going there since I moved down to Maryland.

The staff is always helpful, the place is kept pretty clean (considering the volume of customers, I assume it's not easy to do) and I enjoy their food.

My favorite item here is the cheezesteake sandwich (sub). I always get the same thing, which is saved in my customer profile and that saves time. I order it with onions, peppers, mushrooms, provolone and American cheese. The sandwich is huge, big enough for 3 meals!

I have consistently gotten the same quality every time. Not greasy, good flavor and the right balance of everything. Rolls are just what I want for a cheesesteak!

I have had their pizza and It's not bad at all either. It's nice to find a place that has slices as well. While I love their sandwiches, it's not my "go to" for pizza.

They have a pretty extensive menu and it has always been a positive experience.

I live close and I have never had to wait for my order for takeout.

The kitchen area is clean and in view, it runs smooth and everyone is busy, happily working. You can always tell when you are in an establishment that treats their employees well.

I definitely recommend the...

The food is good. About what you would expect from a pizzeria. The newer decor is nice too. Last time I was in they messed up my order. They either gave half my order to the wrong customer or they just didn't make it. The manager was more concerned about what happened to the rest of the order than he was with completing my order. He spent just about 20 min trying to figure it all out. Even went back and watched security tapes. Which is all fine had he told them to finish my order in the meantime. When he just couldn't figure it out he insinuated that I had stolen the food. So after he asked me about 40 questions he told his staff to complete my order. So 40 minutes have gone by and I finally got the rest of my food. All in all I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes from the time it was supposed to be finished.

2 years later... Went in an hour and a half before they closed and they had all but 3 benches in the dinning room unavailable. I'm all for cleaning and keeping the place nice... But they were using harsh chemicals that was burning my kids eyes. So, we ordered to go. I'm sure many people have good experiences with franks. Time and time...
