Update October 2025 My server Ashlei was fabulous top tier service very knowledgeable about the menu. The chicken fingers dinner is my absolute favorite came out very fast and hot. Chicken was perfectly fried crispy, covering a mound of fries and the best cold slaw, It appeared the size doubled. It was all delicious, I also had the bread pudding always decadent.... Update February 2025 my server today was Manjot she was pleasant and attentive. The thing that stood out is she called me by my when thanking me that was excellent customer service. I do not always get that. Jackie the hostess is always a sweetheart. I must say I am becoming somewhat bored with the menu at this location, but again I come here often. I also go to copper canyon. Update January 2024 Sunday afternoon January 28 2024 specialty dessert Tiramisu Cheesecake was decadent delicious rich,...Update June 15 2023 My server was Macy she was awesome very attentive and had excellent customer engagement skills. They had crab dip as a special that is new it was excellent all crab great flavor. Also had the Southwest egg rolls they are always good . Great vibe. Ladies room spotless update.... I frequent all locations including Copper Canyon my favorite Last year I requested the chicken and waffles I had to request it be a different chicken and the batter. The batter used was like a tempura that came off in one peace like a shell and the chicken was over cooked it was terrible and I am usually a fan I frequent all locations about 20-30 times per year I requested it to be remade using the chicken tenders batter as well as the tenders note My photos.......My first visit to the Stanford Kitchen was amazing. Re inside had an surprisingly upscale appearance. From the greeters to the the wait staff the customer engagement was excellent. I went for the bread pudding, however decided to have a full lunch. I had the Cloak and Dagger, it came out rather quickly and it was very good . My waitress we Alicia, she was very attentive. She immediately brought out the bread pudding after the meal and it did not disappoint. The Grand Marnier Sauce was unbelievable, served warm the texture was good as well as the flavors. Matt was also very attentive I had an excellent experience. I will return. The menu is limited however, that was not a problem.I recommend...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE!! Yesterday was my first time visiting this restaurant. The occasion: my birthday. My friend made a reservation for 5 at 6p. Four of us were there on time, and one member of our group came about 40 mins late. The four us ordered drinks and appetizers while waiting. We went ahead and ordered for her so by the time she arrived, the food came to the table within 5 minutes of her arrival. While eating (maybe about 3/4 through our meals), a male comes to the table and says âI hope things are good, but this is the part of my job that I hate. We have a 90 min. time constraint, and I understand that one of you was late but the 90 min-clock starts at the reservation time. Plus we have other guests waiting.â We were all taken aback! NO WHERE was this arbitrary 90 min. time limit posted. NO ONE...and I mean NO ONE mentioned it; not the person who took the reservation, not the hostess when we arrived, not the waiter...NO ONE! The man left the table, and shortly after we requested our checks. It took our waiter another 15-20 mins. to bring our checks! So while we are signing the Merchant Copy of the receipts, the man returns. Before he can open his mouth I, the birthday woman, said: Weâre coming! He replies: Oh I donât mean to rush you... And before he could continue, I asked if he was the manager. He affirmed he was the General Mgr. Jake (according to his name label). I quickly said: âFirst let me just say that I am highly disappointed at the fact that this is my very first time in your establishment, for my birthday no less, and my first interaction with you, is that Iâve overstayed my welcome! There was no hospitality! He gave a half-tailed apology and proceeding to try to mention the hardships of the restaurant business, and he had bills to pay! He mentioned that if he let parties stay all night, he wouldnât be able to pay the staff....etc....blah...blah...blah. He ended by saying: âI donât usually do this, but hereâs a gift card. Please come back and see us!â
Are you frigginâ kidding me?! While I acknowledged everyone deserves a second chance, I donât advise ANYONE spending his/her hard-earned money at this establishment. My birthday dinner experience was ruined! OAN: the food was ok.
DO NOT VISIT THIS...
Read moreWow! Greg and Chanel were so amazing! The attention to detail from Greg was just astronomical I felt like he was so in tune to his customers . He was very friendly and had a great personality he certainly appropriately suggested some items. I did over here a special for the soup which was clam chowder that I might have gotten if I wasn't having a vegetarian meal but next time . But he was just delightful and Chanel was just so very professional and it gave me five star vibes which is impressive in Owings Mills . The food was superb and the ambiance was delightful. Glenwood's (formerly Stanford Kitchen) made positive change. I visited three times when it was the Stanford kitchen and the only reason I visited the second time is because I wanted to give the restaurant one more chance because I had not a great experience. Because I said for good measure I would give it one more shot making it time three with friends and family who invited me and we were very much disappointed. But not anymore this was such an amazing experience the lettuce was crisp the tomatoes were bright red and fresh and my salad the cornbread croutons were amazing the salad dressing selection is on the four star tier honestly. The champagne vinaigrette was delightful also the Caesar dressing was amazing very authentic I did taste a hint of anchovy which really makes a good Caesar dressing. Their spinach and artichoke dip was good however I think they should stop serving it with tortilla chips and start using a toasted baguette I think that would be a lot better with the flavor profiles. I will be excited to go again at night if the fireplace is lit and the outdoor warmers are lit that it is just very very beautiful and the food is delicious. I will start writing an update once I try some of their warmer entrees and I'll let you...
