Gong Cha Towson — Restaurant in Maryland

Finally The Gong Cha new location is open!! Great bubble tea shop. That's the newest Gong Cha in Towson, MD. The shop itself is very cute, clean, and has a nice atmosphere. If you look at the interior of the angel wings, anyone will love this store.

Gong Cha really focuses on the quality of their tea. This location is no exception. Gong Cha has a ton of options in terms of flavors, toppings, the quantity of ice/sugar, and the like.  All of it is surprisingly delicious. All of their locations are pretty consistent.

I was really satisfied with the service, employees were friendly and I received my drink pretty quickly, despite it being quite busy

Staff is always nice and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to make recommendations and explain the different teas and flavors that they had.

I will probably be coming back here again and...

For general perspective I'm rating 4 stars as a comparison to other tea bars in the towson area. Walking thru the door I immediately notice the decor. Asian figurines, wall art, drink posters, lucky bamboo on the counter, very cool and wonderfully warm and enviting. Nice sized menu, not too bleak nor bloated with many of the familiar Boba tea flavors and mixes. I'm not an expert but it seemed there wasn't a bunch of unique flavors that I had never seen. Prices were somewhat average but compared to some Boba tea shops they priced competitively. I think the ingredients were good and I was happy to find a bunch of Boba in my tea, more than some other shops that charge higher prices. If you are new to Boba or are undecided I highly recommend you give Gong Cha a try, Boba tea is one of life's small pleasures. For the experienced drinker I think you'll find Gong Cha is...
