This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, the woman at the cash register forced me to put my card in again after I repeatedly told her that it already said accepted, the second time I put my card in again she told me to do it once more but I STATED that I saw it sayin it was accepted with a check mark. Then she repeatedly argued me saying that my card declined and I had no money. Then, the receipt printed, showing it DID go through, the ambiance of the whole restaurant is horrible. Later on, today I found out she charged my card twice and it said I spent 72 dollars here!!! DO NOT get food from here, this establishment has scammed me and when I reported this issue by calling, the manager told me it wasnât a big deal, âwhy are you so mad?â, then argued with my mother. I want my 36 dollars back, the service was horrible; the food took almost 20 minutes to make, it was overpriced and wasnât worth my time. Do not waste your time at this establishment, take my...

I was looking forward to a nice meal when I got home with our order, and was disappointed to find that 75% of the meat from my dish was the dried out crust that should have been tossed in the trash. In addition, the pita bread, or whatever flat bread that was served with it, was dry and hard. It had the consistency of a flat bread that had been left out, unwrapped for a day. My wife had a good experience, mine was disappointing enough that we will not return. It's just the principle that they felt they could dispose of the food that should have been trash, into my take out container. Very...

We also asked to substitute the chick peas that come with the platter for hummus. He told us that itâs not possible as the hummus is a separate order of $4. Chickpeas as a side by themselves also cost $4, so his answer seemed much more like an excuse.
The salad that came with the platter was pitiful. A ton of iceberg lettuce with two slices of cucumber and half a slice of tomato. The lettuce was not in its prime either.
The meat, however, was...
