Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

I usually try to stay positive with all of my reviews but this Chipotle and the people in it will NEVER get business from me or my staff again. I asked for a half chicken and half barbacoa tacos like I have been getting from them for years. They then told me that they don't do that on the tacos when I am clearly paying my money for it. They refused to fix it for me when they clearly had all of the stuff needed for my order. They got extremely rude with me then accused me of getting rude when I not one time, even raised my voice. I decided to not to eat there and go to the Chipotle in Capitol Heights where they had NO problem serving me what I ask for. I try to stay positive about all business but I have NEVER been treated like this in a Chipotle before. Their management is clearly untrained and I will not be coming to this location for my food if I can't get what I want. They told me that instead of getting chicken and barbacoa, I could get chicken on 2 tacos and barbacoa on one and when I said that I don't want that, they asked me "why?" I feel I don't have to explain myself to a Chipotle employee about why I want what i want and no one else should either. No one deserves to be treated that way when they are spending their money! I would've even been willing to pay extra for double the meat if needed but 1, that wasn't even given to me as an option and 2, I'm not spending even more money in an establishment with the rudest...

My family and I have used grub hub to order from here 3 times. Each Time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, because working in the food industry is hard. The first time the food was pretty good can not lie. However the last two times they came extremely cold and almost as if fresh out of the freezer. When this first happened 3 months ago,I called in to the store and talked to someone over the phone. They said that they will refund the whole order. It was around 50 to 60 bucks worth of food and I did feel a bit bad,because that's a lot of work you know. But come December i found out we were never refunded. And that was solely because I was helping my mom go through her bank stuff,and we had just ordered chipotle again and I asked her if she ever got it. I called customer service since the store didn't do as they said. I only got a 50% refund. Which is completely fine since it was so long ago. However, the food we ordered that day,not only was wrong but once again was freezing cold. We knew better then to call the store so once again I called customer service and got to speak with someone different, but this person not only had an attitude, but did not really answer any of my questions. I'm just glad we got our money back and will no longer order from this particular chipotle. Having said all this if you want to order from here its probably better to pick it up in person then to...

This experience was absolutely horrible!!! I consider myself to be a patient and understanding patron but the service today was unacceptable. To avoid waiting in line, or so I thought, I placed my order in on the Chipotle app. The promised pick up time was at 4:15pm, so I arrived a little early. They had long lines of walk ins and were diligent to accommodate the walk-ins meanwhile the preorder line is growing to the door. I know I saw the walk-in line go down at least 4 times (long lines) before I asked to speak to the manager. There were only a handful of of patrons serviced in the preorder line within the time I entered the store. Bless the heart of the young lady working the register who did her best to assure online patrons they were going to be served while the manager for the most part stayed out of sight. The manager came onto the floor several times but not one time to acknowledge the patrons or even assist in getting the lines down. When my food was finally being prepared it was almost 5:00pm (when it was promised at 4:15pm) and that only happened after asking to speak with the manager. The young man who prepared my food seemed as if he had an attitude, he was throwing the food inside the bowls....
