Jerry's Subs and Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

My family and I stopped in for dinner, we placed our order with the cashier, and sat our seats. Moments later a man walked in and started yelling at the cashier about his phone charger and wanting to know where it was, the cashier said she didn’t know and couldn’t help him find it. The man starts using profanity and saying the F word he was obviously very emotional about this charger, all this disturbing behavior as my two children ages 6 and 8 are subjected to vile profanities and vulgar actions. I can only assume this man was the cashiers boyfriend. Anyway this is the last time I’ll bring my family to this location it is not a family atmosphere and very unprofessional behavior from staff to allow this...

Manager is rude. Went to order ultimate cheesesteak was told 10.99 for a regular. There is literally a sign on the menu board that says, Manager Special, reg ultimate cheesesteak 8.99. When I asked him why the price difference, he rudely asked what are you looking at? I showed him the picture display, he looked at the picture with the reg ultimate cheesesteak $8.99 his response, no it’s $10.99, despite your advertisement. I didn’t mind paying the additional money but his rude demeanor and lack of explanation was off putting. It’s not like the place overflowing was customers. I won’t return. Head to Fujiyama or Thai Zapp instead, great...

I love Jerry’s subs and pizza , but this location never had my order ready when they say they will it takes almost two hours to get a delivery even for just one pizza. It’s ridiculous. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and ordering but my food is never on time. I don’t understand it. I always have to call to check the status of my orders when they are already 10 plus mins after the estimated delivery time. And they put you on hold for awhile then get in the phone to tell you that they haven’t even started the ordered yet that was placed online 2hrs prior. They need to get...
