Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

First, I love the Jersey Mike's subs... they're always good. I have been ordering delivery from the LaPlata location since they first opened, and when this location opened, they automatically became the default delivery option because they are closer to my home.

I've ordered here 3 times. Literally, every time, they have gotten my order incorrect. They are always willing to fix it, and they are very kind with their service, but it's annoying to pay for additional items like bacon, or mushrooms, and they not be there when you receive your delivery. Or you ask for certain toppings to be removed, and they're still on the sandwich. You pay for a tip, service fee, and delivery fee, then on top of that, I now have to go out to the store and pick up a new sandwich made correctly and they still forget the $2.75 bacon.

I just think they aren't ready yet.

From now on, I'll just order from laplata since I'm going to end up having to drive out to the store anyway. But at least it will be...

Jersey Mike's has always been my favorite place to eat. This Jersey Mike's is the worst! Today was my first visit at this location I usually go to laplata. But stopped at the Waldorf location because it's 5 minutes from my home. I ordered a number 7. First the bread was extremely hard like it was over baked. The bread caused numerous cuts to the roof of my mouth and my gums. The sandwich itself wasn't good, I asked for it Mike's way and he didn't put 2 of the seasonings that is included in the Mike's way. The sandwich was horrible and even the it was horrible I ate it because I paid for it and I was hungry. I will definitely not be returning to this location. It's ashamed and also an inconvenience that I have to drive pass the Waldorf location to which is 5 min from my home. To drive 20 minutes to the laplata location to get excellent service. The new Waldorf location definitely don't deserve the Jersy Mike's name. The put shame to a good company. I'm completely...

Had a pick up oder 3/17/2023. Club Sub Giant on line because no one would pick up the phone. Paid $27.32 w/tip as for white I got wheat, asked for double meat didn't get that sub wasn't a Gaint got a medium. I was very disappointed because that wasn't my first time there. However, I was in frount of them the first time but thought welled trained employees should know there jobs w/o you standing over them to make sure your oder is correct. I complain to headquarders in hopes I could get this issue/ or at least to be contacted w/out me going on reviews. However, I was told by email it's an individually owned and they would pass the message on. WOW! I GUESS FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW, IF YOU ODER FROM THIS FRANCHISE GO IN AND LOOK IN THERE FACE AND AT YOUR SUB TO MAKE SURE THEY GET IT YOUR...
