I went in at 8:40pm today and ordered two giant subs. Their subs are already overpriced And they didn’t put as much meat on both subs as they usually do. They skimped on that part. As I walked in, there was no welcome, when I walked up to the counter, the girl asked me “what do you want” and had an attitude then she proceeded to check me out before both subs were done and I said thank you about six times during the visit And not once did she acknowledge it. The name on my receipt is Sarah and it look like she had a friend standing there talking to her that wasn’t working there distracting her from her duties on company time. When the guy handed me both subs in a bag I said, thank you twice, and he would not acknowledge it and had an attitude as well. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bacon taste nasty and old as it should not be like that with the price of the sandwich. I recall from my visit tonight that the bacon was left out on the prep table and it seems to be left in the food temperature danger zone for quite some time. I really just wanted to ask for my money back but didn’t feel like waiting and dealing with their attitude and low vibration. I understand this is a private company and the owner should not just apologize but fix this problem and maybe work a few days here instead of collecting all the money. Read moreCame in on the afternoon of 1/9/25, trying to give this location another chance, since I was in the neighborhood. None of the staff greeted me again, I was never acknowledged, and no eye contact. The one girl who was bouncing around like she had nothing to do but dismiss me; I had to politely ask her for my pick up order and pay for what was in my hands. The other 3 employees at the counter were fumbling with the order of the 1 lady in line as if they couldn't do enough for her. My philly sandwich was mediocre. I see, even after a 2nd chance, this location fails horribly at customer service. Corporate management needs to take a closer look at this location. I'm not going to push the skin color card but beware. Even after paying for my items in my hands, this one girl still does no friendly greeting , just simply told me what I owe and she said nothing else not even a " Thank You for coming to Jersey Mike's". So it's final for me, I am done with this location, they need in depth training courses from Chick-fil-A who always knows how to treat all customers.

Read moreToday for lunch I had an amazing dining experience at the Dundalk Jersey Mike’s. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome although they were very busy! As I walked towards the counter I was greeted and was kindly asked if was ready to order which made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered a giant Turkey club sandwich and I added some peppered ham on top and I was amazed when I saw my sandwich because it looked delicious and had generous amounts of meat and toppings (definitely worth the amount I paid for the sandwich). The three workers were very lively and energetic, even asking me about my day and my weekend. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.
