Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

Well this star is not for the smoothies at all. I love there smoothies and I am a almost a daily customer. This is one of my favorite places. I go early not long after they open and I don't like to complain much but this is the 3x I went and no one is there to take the order in drive thru. I beep the horn no answer then drive around to window same no ones there to take order. This is like 20 minutes after they are supposed to be open. So now it's been 3x they have lost my business. The cashier up charged me for one and then right after I paid and got my change he crumpled the receipt and threw it in the trash.

A smoothie with the purchase of a wrap and protein added to the smoothie is supposed to be $13.18 ( I did the calculations on the website). The worker charged me $16.91.

I then proceeded to ask another worker if they still do the coupon scan for the customer service and smoothie discount and she said yes and I informed her that the worker threw my receipt in the trash and she just ignored me and went back to cleaning.

Giving this location another try. I went back a couple days ago because i wanted a smoothie with the food i was getting from naz halal but didnt want to drive all the way to Pulaski hwy for it. I am hoping that the experience i had that day is what i will get for now on. The guy awesome guy that helped me was very nice and friendly even though he told me my favorite smoothie is discontinued ( acai berry boost ).
