The food was amazing, but customer service was poor!!! The general manager was very rude and not accommodating to the problem. She kept talking over top me causing a seen with other customers looking at us. My daughter and I ordered 2 lemon drop drinks from our waiter. Our waiter( Ty) gave us 2 Don Julio with ice and we told him it didnāt taste like lemon at all in the drink and he said it was but yet he brought us a bowl of lemons and a quarter of a cup of some lemon juice. My daughter kept telling him this doesnāt look like our other guest drink, which has previously ordered a lemon drop. Continue to say yes it is we said look at the color. Our drink is clear her as you can see the yellow and her glass. He never asked to return the drink and prepare another drink. He just avoided our table. We had to stop in his travels to ask some questions about it, which he got irritated, so we just drank the drink upon receiving our final bill. We noticed that we was charged for Don Julio shot, and a big glass that the lemon drop was supposed to be in and asked for the manager. She went on to tell us that she made the drinks herself and she made lemon drops. My daughter had barely touched her and showed her her drink. she a mess. This drink is clear this is not a lemon drop. She said well we charge you for dawn Julio, but thatās not what we asked for. We asked for a lemon drop with Don Julio in it Instead of the vodka, I asked her so why are we being charged for a drink that we didnāt ask for and we asked for a lemon drop which is a seven dollar difference the lemon drop was $10. The Don Julio was $17 went to say while I promise you it was a limit drop maāam no it was not we showing you with a drink look like in the drink that the other guest had , she says Iām not gonna lose my job is gone. I canāt take the drink back she said. I can give you 10% off. I said thatās not satisfactory because this is a once again not the drink that we ordered and I donāt think itās fair that we pay for a shot of Don Julio, which had ice in it. A shot is a shot with no ice in it, she went to say that sheās not gonna lose her job over a drink and I said to her when Iām not gonna lose my job over drink is someone else I can speak to? She said no Iām general manager away at this point weāre sitting here waiting to see what the outcome going to be , we had to flag down Weight again and ask him to find out whatās going on without Bill wrote the check three hours and $.50 off of our bill to this point was fine but Customer Service was very unsatisfactory. It took her 10 to 15 minutes for us to be waited on. Then after that it over 30 minutes for me and my lady friend to get our food ,my seafood club sandwich, was just sitting there. She failed to bring us our meals and had it sitting. My waitress was being rude and making facial expressions and I can tell that she was talking making smart remarks making us wait after getting the bill making us wait additional 15 to 20 mins making us wait like it was nothing. She was sitting there doing nothing watching TV talking to her coworker/ guy friend who was wearing a bright color shirt. They looked more like a couple than anything. Definitely was not worth the 18 % gratuity . The cheers was not clean off good ended up having gum and marks on the back of my pants on top of that. I work in customer service my whole life. Over 20 years of customer service. I did not feel respected or just much comfortable there she did little to nothing to resolve any issues. Me and my lady friend we're not pleased as we were discussing the service and then it took the bust boy/runner to bring us our food he looked lost due to lack of communication with our server Lizzy F who again was doing nothing but watching TV. I really felt disrespected when it was time to pay the bill she was sitting around making us wait additional time , on purpose I watched her played it off with her boyfriend oops I meant coworker . As I made eye contact to pay so we could leave. As me and my lady friend were disappointed she had a smile/ smirk on her face about the situation. I made a suggestion for her to fix her face because of it. She then yelled as we were leaving out she yelled back fix yours and and yelled it even louder for me to fix my face , she said it twice. I felt prevoked to respond it took everything in me not to allow her to pull my energy. I was not being mad but I come from customer service background especially when it comes to hospitality /food service industry in which I'm currently still under food service field. It was very rude and ignorant for her to be making mean/funny faces towards us. Then yelling across the room and it's embarrassing that I have marks /old gum marks the back of my pants . We didnāt have too many options considering the area but we settled with this place⦠and oh boy did we settle. There was no one to greet us and we had to seat ourselves. Upon finding 3 seats at the bar Melissa with the orange shirt and black jacket proceeded to tell us āa customer is sitting there and he will be very upset if I just randomly give his seat awayā.. well Melissa, we werenāt asking you to give āhisā assigned seating away (LOL). We were asking to move his down one or put 2 chairs together. Simple math.. she made it a huge deal which was strike number 3⦠. The gentleman came out of the restroom and he even said itās no problem and not a huge deal⦠but Melissa made it one. She seemed flustered over this ordeal which made me think that guy was her husband or āmanā. It was so strange. my bff and I ordered the same thing (fajita) only I got chicken and he wanted shrimp. Melissa brings out my friends Order first and then the busy boy brings me nachos lol. Melissa acted as if she didnāt know what was going on. She āapologizedā and was extremely condescending in her tone. I smiled and gave her a nod and kept it classy. She tells me to let her get it right.. I told her I was starving and we needed to get back on the road and she begged me to let her make it right. Big mistake..so my order comes out again and guess what?? SHE GAVE ME BBQ CHICKEN!!! Who eats bbq chicken fajitas??!?!?! At that point I began to laugh and other patrons sees whatās happening and agreed with me. she was doing this on purpose. Why? Not sure. Maybe because I was getting alllll the attention and my friend and I are black. Hmmmm. She then proceeded to condescendingly apologize again and I told her just give me the nachos on the house because Iām starving.. she tells me āwe donāt give out free foodā.. excuse me? You messed up not one but 3 times and you talking about free food?! Itās the audacity for me. So we had to wait and I wasnāt even able to eat my food!!! I had to take it to go!!! And i never ate it because little miss Melissa had a chip on her shoulder lol. Oh by the way. She wasnāt friendly and she only took $3.99 off our bill lolol!! We need a refund!! Ever ever again!!
