Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Maryland

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Dani the supervisor or general manager I shall say. My administrative assistant had ordered a sandwich was incorrect however, I placed the order and he was able to rectify the issue and causing us no stress or extra time I love this location. I actually never ate at Jimmy John’s until my administrative assistant Referred me to Jimmy John’s and the fact that she recommended you guys and we had an issue and you were able to fix it. I’m just so thankful for people who truly still care about their job. Still have compassion and empathy to be able to relate understand to understand that everyone works hard for their money and you don’t want to spend your money somewhere and they don’t care if you’re not satisfied or not not because you’re being picky but just because at the end of the day you worked for that money to spend it on something that you would enjoy. Dani, I would like you and your supervisors to know that you are operating that store the way it needs to be operated. You are leading, not only with empathy and solutions to problems, but you are leading that store, effectively and efficiently. If you ever doubted yourself I just wanted to remind you that you made a difference for me...

I have come via drive through five times. Four out of the five I received one napkin. The fifth I received none. What am I supposed to do with one napkin? Then I ask excuse me but can I please have some napkins to go along with my Italian night club hot pepper mayo oiled sub/chips? I received an additional single napkin.

Please for the LOVE of sub's can we please get a some napkins with our sub's so we can enjoy them properly. Much appreciated

Update 05/15/20 no napkins again. Ordered an Italian night club no tomato add hot peppers and a medium coke. My sub had no hot peppers I was given a large sprite and charged for it.

We have been customers since this store opened, this was the second time our order took over an hour to be delivered. Mind you we are 3 miles away If we knew the delivery time we would have picked it up or gone elsewhere. I thought one of the main things that set you apart was being freaky fast. Well I might as well go to Jersey mikes which is 3 min in the other direction. I'm sure thier manager wouldn't be as unbothered with a complaint about service like Darius the supervisor of this establishment. The customer service was horrible except for the very apologetic driver Kayla. Putting all that on one driver is poor management. I will not be returning as a customer which is a loss for you in business since I'm a mother of 3 working full-time who used to turn to your business for an easy meal for my family. I'll be sure to share my story with corporate and the owner of this store. Maybe they will make some management changes or hire enough drivers to accomidate...
