I am not sure if most of you know that a Qdoba Restaurant opened up across Scott Key Mall on Spectrum Drive.
I am not exactly sure if you all are aware but they opened up during the spring summer of 2023 and I have been to this franchise numerous times during this time period. Even though I will not speak ill of Moes (good food) or chipotle, Qdoba is a great option If you happen to be in the area. Their prices are reasonable and menu is also simple to follow. The one thing that stands out is their Costumer Service, their Management Team that includes Jessey, Juan and Emmanuel as well as several other staff members really make my visits enjoyable. Please feel free to mention this post if you stop in and introduce yourself to the management team as I am sure they would be glad to have you stop by.
I am posting here as this platform as they really need the marketing. No I do not work for Qdoba or I am an affiliate, as some of you know I just post reviews of good places to eat in...
Read moreUmmm YUMMM! This was my first visit to a Qdoba anywhere and wow we were impressed. The portions were huge and the quality of the meat was significantly better than chipotle! Better Cuts without huge chunks of fat, better seasoning, better cooked LOL the list goes on. When you ask for extra something they actually put extra in and everything in the order was done properly the first time. Their salsas were far superior and queso to die for! First time customers got chips in queso for free! We will absolutely be switching from Chipotle to qdoba. It's more akin to a Mexican form of Cava in my opinion with far superior ingredients....
I hope they offer coupons or etc. Would be nice to have some on occasion as we will be often repeat customers.
I also just posted my experience on a social media group for Frederick and about half of the 50 who replied had jo idea a qdoba opened here so i think i helped this location...
Read moreOnly one in there and when I walked up, 3 employees standing around. 1 guy wouldn't put his phone down texting. The other two finally started my order. I then ordered chips & queso with my burrito, and they tried to put a half scoop of queso due to almost being out. I said no problem, I'll wait for more! Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for what I thought was my queso, while the 1 guy was still texting and the other guy, supposed to be cooking, made some funny remark in spanish to the other 2 and hid in the back. I was then pressured to put spicy queso in my cup instead of regular queso THREE TIMES. Said multiple times I didn't want spicy queso. Employees still refused to make more (this was 5:30pm btw), gave me dirty looks, then tried to check me out with the 1/2 scoop of pitiful queso in the cup. I'll be taking my business to Cava down the street from here on out. Shame on you guys!...
