I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
To start when I pulled up there was no one in the drive through and the inside did not look busy. The person taking my order cut me off and I had to tell them that I was not done ordering. When I was done ordering they did not read my order back for accuracy or give me my total instead I was told I had to drive around to receive it. When I drove around to the window they didn’t even know what I ordered nor had they entered into the computer. When I asked for the military discount I was given an unsavory attitude and told “well it wasn’t rung up like that and I don’t know how to do that.” Once I received my food I had to ask for the hot wings that I ordered but were not in the bag. The girl seemed to not know the menu very well as she did not even realize that the Nashville wings are the hot ones. Once home as we were unpacking and making plates the hot wings were completely dead, dry, cold and inedible. The sauce was crusty, it looked like they’d been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. The biscuits were haphazardly thrown into the bucket with the chicken instead of neatly packaged in their own box as they usually are. Most of the chicken was also dead, dried out and inedible, not juicy and delicious. The best part of the meal was the mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
To make matters worse after calling customer service I was assured that the district manager and store owner had already been made aware of the horrible service and food I received and no actions had been taken to even attempt to rectify the matter. Read moreThe manager at this KFC location seriously lacks customer service skills! Today, 09/01, we visited and had yet another unpleasant experience. We ordered food but not a meal since we don't drink soda. I asked if I could buy a bottle of water to use a cup from the drink station, which has both soda and water available. The manager’s response was shockingly rude; she flatly told me there were no cups for water, and when I asked how people are supposed to drink the water from the station, she nearly shouted, "No courtesy cups!" Her tone was extremely offensive and felt downright humiliating. For our order, I can't even get a cup of complimentary water?
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, and it's clear there's a complete disregard for customer courtesy. Basic respect and professionalism would go a long way here, but clearly, that's too much to expect from this management.
I am deeply concerned about how KFC expects to provide healthy choices for its customers if it can't afford to offer a simple cup of water with meals. This is especially troubling for those who do not consume soda or juice, including children. It reflects poorly...

The person working at the drive thru cared more about her 3 inch long nails attempting to grab a drink lid from the dispenser that she completely forgot straws, or napkins.
