Been a few years since my last visit. They said the shake I ordered was a good one but it tasted completely bland and terrible. Honestly could have stuck one or two basic ingredients in a blender at home and it woulda been multitudes better. I really tried to like it but ultimately came back to the store a few minutes later for a refund. I saw the "satisfaction gautentee" on their door when I came back in but the workers not only didnt care, but were colder than the shake itself (with blank stares at me) while processing my refund. Only giving it a second star because the place was clean and I didnt try any of the other shakes they have. Fyi the Peanut Power Chocolate shake was the one I got.

Aside from not starting on my order at all for 5-10 minutes while taking 2 other people's orders as they walked in the door way after me, and then serving me last even though I was first.. I don't know what more detail that I can go into. The workers looked like they didn't want to be there at all; I came in around 1:20 PM EST on 11/13. Read moreI'd give it a 2.5 if I could, an average between the 5 for the product and the 0 for service. Note that o have only been going on Saturday mornings. Smoothies are great, pricing is not out of line and shop is clean, easy to spot and park at and interior is all right. If you had asked a year ago, I would have given the establishment 5 stars. The employee on Saturday mornings since then means that I have taken them off my usual rotation lately. First time I saw her there, headphones in both ears with music turned up "because she couldn't handle the day without her music". Note she was the only one there and it's darn hard to order when the cashier can't hear you. She also has a surly attitude to match. Apparently there were enough complaints that she doesn't wear the headphones now, but the attitude attached got even worse now that there aren't personal tunes.

Read moreReally has changed since opening intially years ago. Most recent visits last week, May 2019 was the worst ever. New staff not as knowledgeable on various smoothies. The wait to get smoothie made was longer than normal and it was only myself then another customer. Worse of all, the smoothie was horrible! I never tasted a smoothie so bad and I have no idea why it was so bad. I did not bother to take back as no time to wait long again. Waiting longer, you think it would be better. While staff is friendly there is a huge lack of training. I could tell that staff had no clue what they were doing, not confident and the horribly made smoothie confirmed.
