Went to dinner with family last night, not realizing there was an employee there that has previously harassed me (Completely unrelated to her working at Ledo Pizza.) Me nor my family had no idea she worked there, and she wasn’t our server. So all was fine. Our actual server gave us good service up until she asked the girl who has verbally harassed me previously to come to our table and in which Gabi was saying no. (We were sitting at the booth right in front of the counter so we could hear their conversation), and our server made her come check on us because “it would be funny.” It in fact wasn’t funny. Gabi came over sarcastically and asked us if we needed anything, and I replied with a polite no and she walked away. After that we never saw our server we originally had again. My sister had asked for an order of fries, that never came out, we had to get those removed off the check which we had to walk up to the counter for because no one would now conveniently help us. Manager Timothy gave us our check, removed the french fries, we paid, and were walking out to leave. Gabi was standing behind the counter and sarcastically told us goodbye, my sister then replied with bye, and Gabi made a smart remark with a smirk across her face, “I’ll miss my fans” laughing and giggling. My father turned around at that point and asked for the manager “Tim” and she still thought it was funny. Manager Tim couldn’t do anything about it because “that’s above his pay grade.” Gabi then made a remark in front of me and my parents “I’ll apologize to Ledo’s but not to them.”
This might not seem to be a big deal to anyone else but I am highly disappointed in this establishment as I worked there for four years when I was in high school. We would have never been able to get away with such disrespectful, childish behavior that Gabi showed last night. I don’t care if you don’t like someone but when you’re working and you serve the community, you should NEVER act like that and should be held accountable. My mother called Lonnie (the owner) and he still hasn’t responded. I’m highly disappointed and I don’t know if I’ll ever return. The Staff was blatantly disrespectful and something needs to be done. Shame on Lonnie and Robbie for allowing that poor behavior in a restaurant that is normally awesome with...
Read moreHad a less than pleasant experience but definitely a memorable one. We dined in and they were fairly busy when we arrived. Almost immediately we start hearing screaming from the counter from the manager Jess. Jess was yelling and belittling the employees in front of the entire dining room. She became so loud the entire dining area fell silent and we all collectively looked at each other in disbelief. Our waitress Gabi was very sweet and attentive and visibly embarrassed . Multiple customers made comments about the treatment from the manager. Food was alright. We ordered an appetizer of cheese fries that ended up coming out well after our food because the station was backed up. The staff are everywhere because they’re constantly being yelled at to do different things and the kitchen is a disaster. When we finally received the fries they were dry, barely had any cheese and looked well overcooked. Our waitress was kind enough to have them remake them which they turned out much better. The manager Jess was awful to the entire staff and showed no remorse for her behavior and acted as if nothing happened. We will not be returning to this location because of the absolute disrespect of management and poor treatment of...
Read moreI recently visited Ledo's Pizza and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Jessica. My fiancé attempted to order a beer and presented his valid, government-issued Florida driver’s license. Despite being 26 years old and having no issues with his ID anywhere else, Jessica refused to serve him, saying she "could not verify" his ID. He also try to provide a second form of ID and was told “he doesn’t look 21”.
It became clear that her refusal was less about verification and more about a lack of willingness to make an effort. It was also very discriminatory. She seemed uninterested in checking properly and came across as dismissive and lazy. I understand the importance of checking IDs for alcohol service, but when someone presents a legitimate form of identification, it deserves fair consideration—not a blanket refusal without real inspection.
This interaction left a negative impression of the customer service at this location. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training or guidance for employees like Jessica on how to handle out-of-state IDs professionally and...
