UPDATE: very inconsistent!!

My second time ordering here was completely opposite of my first experience. I got a jumbo lump crab cake and it had barley had any jumbo lump meat in it, only 2 pieces. The first time ordering it was only jumbo lump meat. Very disappointed. I also ordered the crab dip and there was literally no crab in it. It looked like it at first but after stirring it was clumps of cream cheese and it became completely smooth thats how I knew there was literally no crab meat in it. The crab dip also had no flavor. It was literally just cream cheese and shredded cheddar on top. What a rip off. And I ordered half pound of spiced shrimp and it was overcooked and hard. Also the mac and cheese didn’t have cheese in it or tasted like mac and cheese it tasted like garlic salt on noodles. I would not come back again because it’s so hit or miss. It’s a shame because my first experience was pleasant smh

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! We ordered jumbo lump crab cake sandwiches with hush puppies. The crab cakes were mostly meat, as they should be. They could have used more old bay, but were still really good as is! Also the prices were very reasonable, unlike most other seafood places in the area and I enjoyed it more. I will be ordering from here...

1st time customer & the food was totally amazing! I had the fish & chips with coleslaw & onion rings as my 2 sides & ordered a broiled Jumbo Lump Crabcake & 8 oz Cream of Crab soup. The fish was beer battered Cod that was very tasty! The onion rings were made with a thick cut of onion (nice!) & the coleslaw was great, too. The Cream of Crab soup was nice & thick & had very nice pieces of crab meat.The Crabcake was amazing, packed with crab meat & just a very small amount of filler needed to hold it together. Years ago, I had switched from having my crabcakes fried to broiled, it just seems to me to bring out the flavor better & this crabcake was perfect. They have some tables available for indoor dining & you can also order steamed crabs. This is the kind of place I wish I had discovered sooner & definitely will be making it our "go to for seafood" :) Very nice they also have beer & wine available & classic soft drinks like Grape Ne-Hi. I hate to do this, but I'm going to. We have been ordering food from here for a few years now. We've learned what's good to order and what isn't good. The issue we have is they're inconsistent on their food quality. The staff is pretty rude and I usually make my husband call to order because I can't deal with it and he has gotten to know Shannon from frequenting the restaurant. I only like the crab legs there which are a little pricey but worth it because they're always cooked perfectly and I order the JUMBO LUMP CRABCAKE, ONLY THE JUMBO LUMP. The last time we ordered the jumbo lump crabcake, they gave us a regular crabcake and charged the JUMBO lump price. My husband called Shannon and spoke to her and she made it right. She apologized and gave us a 50.00 credit. We used our credit about a month after and food was great. My husband ordered today the JUMBO lump crabcake and this is what he brought me,check the picture out. It's awful but we will not spend anymore of our money...
