Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

Don't order online. The quality of food from this establishment has gone from mediocre to downright nonexistent. It is baffling that they actually believe consumers will continue to spend their hard-earned money after receiving orders that are way below standards, and receiving the tiniest of proportions. How can you put yourself to place an aluminum lid on a bowl that contains approximately 2/3 cups of rice and 20 pieces of meat when the order was for 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken? Then I get a burrito that is half the size I receive from other Chipotle restaurants. Ended up having to go into the establishment because there was no way I was not going to. The first manager agreed that what I received was unacceptable, but then the second older lady only wanted to shush us up and leave the establishment. There is no professionalism. Only attitudes and disappointment. Are they trying to get the restaurant closed down? If that's the case, just go because serving people this way is unethical. I will never give the Prince Frederick Chipotle...

During the day the place is usually fine but if you go there anytime after 8 the experience won't be great. The you boys that work there talk so each other constantly like they're hanging out at their home kitchen. Nothing is ever cooking because they are cleaning the grill, literally at 8:30pm." The chairs are often up on the tables like they are closed. I have actually watched people walk away without trying the door thinking they were closed. The portions are never consistent and now there is an older lady working there that literally puts half a spoon of rice and half spoon of beans for your portion and if you ask for more you get a 1/4 spoon. Corporate needs to get a good manager in there and maybe two so that they can work both shifts to get this place in shape before everyone stops...

Not sure how they are training the employees. But customer service is lacking in this location. Asked for a Steak Bowl. When the employee made the bowl he scooped the rice and dragged the spoon so most of the rice fell out and did the same to the steak. Got half of what I should have received. I asked for more meat and he took the spoon and picked up a couple of pieces and put it in the bowl. When I said something ,he asked if I wanted double meat. I just wanted what was supposed to be put in the bowl in the first place. He did the same with everything he put in the bowl. I understand everybody is taking the hit for higher wages being paid. But you are also charging more for the food. Won't being going back to...
