their business hours on the door, website & instagram according to the person i spoke with who said this is his establishment, are all incorrect. & only they know what their business hours are . they don't tell you they close an hour earlier unless you show up when they are walking out . genuinely they are a perfect fit for the baltimore area because all the customer service here SUCKS ! the only thing they could offer is a sorry for me wasting my gas after placing an order an hour before they are set to close . never coming back here just off that . people work hard for their money , their gas & their free time . its terrible business . i had called multiple times because i thought i called the wrong location . at least inform your employees to tell the customer you close at 6 instead of 7 . maybe put it on the door or atleast on social media. you people are so damn inconsiderate as business owners . seriously never coming...

So, tried this for the first time. Never again. We ordered the chicken tenders and fries.

The chicken was dry, tiny “chicken nugget-sized pieces for tenders, one “chicken nugget” tender was just breading. They included scraggly “junk” pieces like they just grabbed a handful without pulling out the bad pieces.

Fries - basic fries, NOT like the ones in the picture.

Plus: you got a lot of them so kids were happy.

Plus: counter person gave us extra Southwest fries. Thank you!

For a place that has chicken as their name, they need to do it better. You can see that their chicken nuggets are even the frozen processed chicken and not actual real pieces of chicken. If you’re going to have chicken-nugget sized TENDERS, maybe you need to use those as your actual nuggets.

They really need to remove Chicken from their name - Wendy’s has...

My order today was awful They were late opening the store; so the food was poor ly prepared. The cheesesteak sandwich was hot but did not have the dressings I requested. I wanted LTM and hot peppers I received a sandwich with steak, a thin slice of tomato and no lettuce or hot peppers or cheese that was visible I also ordered a 6 piece chicken wing combo. The fries were warm, but the chicken was NOT FRESHLY COOKED TODAY. IT WAS REHEATED AND TOUGH TO CHEW. THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT. THE FIRST WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY( $26) NO CONDIMENTS OR NAPKINS OR UTENSILS . FOOD IS NOT TO BE REHEATED FROM THE DAY BEFORE AND SERVED AS FRESH. I BELIEVE THAT'S UNLAWFUL I RECOMMEND YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND NOT BUY UNTIL WELL AFTER NOON...
