Great McDonald's location, visited thurday around 5:10 pm. Received order in under two minutes (a smoothie, three mcdoubles, a fish, a salad and two cokes). 4 automated kiosks and two cash registers. Staff acted like attentive waiters and waitresses. Brought our order out after checking innon us. Instead of yelling at the counter. Also kindly insisted on bringing us straws. Shift manager ran outside three times in under 7 minutes to help customers with drive through (their intranet and free wifi was down) and drive thru guy was standing at a kiosk outside with a clipboard to take their orders in hot weather This despite the fact the entire parking lot was full (a lot of people parking for other facilities I guess) Shift manager then dashed to give a 🎈 (balloon) to a kid before his family left, so the kid wouldn't have to share it with his sister. Shift manager then came over and introduced himself as the shift manager and checked in on us. Asked how we liked the fish and if our order came to our satisfaction. He then gently insisted on taking our trash when I remarked that I could take it myself and asked us to come again. (He then took the trash of another customer and checked in on every other customer in the restaurant. About five people). Read moreVery poor management. 2nd time mobile order messed up less than a week. Stop accepting mobile orders if your system is down or you’re out of items. Last week out of all sodas this week the storms knocked out the system. I watched the staff come out and place a sign no cash card only. When it was my turn at the drive through my code was confirmed and told to pull to the second window. The girl working the window informs card only I said I have mobile order showed my phone “oh we can’t process that our systems are down” holding up my phone that has my whole order listed that you could easily type into the system and void it out and/or credit it since it is online and accountable my order was paid. so when drawers are counted end of the night it still balances out. 🙄 if a customer can show the receipt you fill the order and inform other customers we are not taking orders at this time due to systems being down come back later. That simple. Even when it comes to inputing in the app out of items or not offered at this location so customers can know. Read moreGot an egg McMuffin and the muffin was darn near raw. The hippy at the window had a huge attitude problem. You couldn't hear him at the ordering kiosk outside. Once I got to the window, my having a decade of experience in call centers, I suggested that he moved the microphone closer to his mouth not have it wrapped around his neck and his reply was "I'm not looking to eat this microphone and there's nothing you can do about it". 😲 What kind of reply is that? I called a manager over who could barely speak English and I'm rather confident nothing happened. Then I go to the next window to pick up my food and there is another person that couldn't hardly speak English and as she was verifying my order I couldn't understand her barely and she kept referring to a Diet Coke as "light Coke". I couldn't understand her. I don't care who serves my food, you have to do better McDonald's, you need to get people there that speak fluent English without such heavy accents so we can understand them and they can serve your customers more...
