When my order was placed via the App, I asked for a receipt she refused to give it saying they don't give receipt. When I was picking up my order and asked for a tray, she asked to verify my code in an accusatory and harsh tone. When ask showed her the code and again asked for the tray she yelled & chastised me because the receipt said it was a pick up. I was not complaining I was only asking a tray in a normal voice because my child and I were eating in the restaurant so she could play in the play area. I proceeded to let her know that she was being very rude to me for no reason. Later when asked for another employee with a colored shirt for the supervisor, she dimissively toldd me the supervisor had lwft for the day. Infact when I initially tried to get her attention, she told me that she could not help me because she is not working right now. Read moreI just visited this McDonald's store a few minutes a go (1:55AM). I was not able to purchase any meals because they were only taking cash payments and I only have with me my credit card. The rep explain me that the credit card system was down for maintenance. I was so annoyed. I usually visit this store anytime between 12:AM and 2:AM and have never had this issue. I decided to visit a second McDonalds store that was showing on Google to be open till 4:AM. When I arrived to Flower Hill Way location (2:15AM) it was close. Now I am very angry. On my way back to my home I decide to call the Frederik Ave store (my first visit) to complain to any manager. A woman answer my call, she was explaining to me that everyday they run a 20 minutes credit card closing at 1:AM.
