On our way home from DC we went thru the drive in which we thought would be faster...a half hour later we were back on the road.😡😡😡 We ordered a quarter pounder no cheese. One mistake not bad, drive thru was slow. Fortunately we always try to check before we pull through. The guy didn't even give us our drinks. He handed us the food and walked away.. we waited a couple of minutes for him to come back. He said he would be back in be a second with the correct item..ha ha I said but when he did he asked us to go wait in the parking area for the food to be delivered to us . And we asked for our drinks which he still had not given us . We waited in the designated area for 10 mins.. And they never came out..I went in and asked for our order and they we're not preparing it..I waited another 5 or more minutes.. The guy at the drive-in window apologized but I still stood there waiting. A manager came out and I said to her it had now been 25 mins since I ordered and I still don't have my sandwich. Ive stopped here a lot 2023&24. Probably less moving forward as the prices are climbing out of control recently. This McDs is charging 3.69 for 6 nuggets. 2.99 for a single hash brown? What planet do we live on now? Are we importing fine Italian hash browns now? Is this has brown pricing trend indicative of a global food shortage? ...Or just greedy owners and execs at McDs trying to kick customers when we are already down from 8%+ inflation?
McDs had colorful, inviting, family-friendly restaurants where people used to have birthday parties. Then a few years ago they spent stupid millions (probably billions) renovating them all into sterile gray food factories. Now that the renovation bills are due they want us to pay. Pffft.
It's cheaper (and waaaay better) to order a to-go cheeseburger meal from the Denny's in Grasonville than from this McDonald's.
Anyway, it's not the Best, and not worst McDs.
But sometimes they forget things like the tomatoes I had to pay an extra .65 for... and the Mac sauce. THIS McDs FORGOT THE MAC SAUCE ON A BIG MAC. Yes, caps were required for that.

This McDonald's in Chester Plaza was recently remodeled. Used Drive-thru. Speaker volume poor. At window clerk advised a covering on his microphone, nice... Received food @ next window 2 DIET Cokes no where in sight Knocked on Drive-thru window Clerk wants to hand me someone else's Order. Need 2 DIET Cokes. My Lady says French Fries are 🥶 cold. I ask for FRESH 🔥HOT🔥 🍟FRIES ( is that not what was PAID for?) Clerk wants bag & Receipt? I am puzzled, hand over Receipt. She hands back (ear piece, music?) States Everything is in bag per Receipt. Uh huh but I state French Fries are cold!!! Her comment "BUMMER"!!! I PULL OVER, my Lady takes food back into McDonald's @ 12 Chester Plaza to Mngr(?) Joe ? He refunds $$$, he likes cold 🍟 Fries?
