I placed a mobile order on 7/16 and when I got home the hamburger was missing from the happy meal box. I called the restaurant to let them know and the man answered “hello” like he just woke up. I explained my burger was missing and he hung up on me. I called back a second time and explained what happened again and the man didn’t say anything but stayed on the line. I could hear the background noise. I said hello and he hung up on me again. I called a third time on my way back to the store. They did not answer. I drove back to the store and went back through the drive through and explained what happened. I pulled around and waited and a light skin woman peeked around the window, laughed while looking at me and covered her mouth as if to hide the fact she was laughing at me. Girl… you were too old to be acting like a teenager and laughing because your coworkers messed up.
Fries were not fresh.
A month ago they gave the car in front of me MY order and then when I pointed it out and they had to remake my order it was missing items and I had to go back.
Get it together! Managers should have employees checking orders before handing them out. I’ll be driving further to the Annapolis location because I never have issues there and the food is...

I placed a mobile order and paid on the app, came up to the window to a rude older woman who didn’t say a word. I explained I was there for a mobile order and she went on to say I needed to pay, only issue was I HAD ALREADY PAID, I explained it at least 5 times and she still insisted I did not pay, after going back and fourth and showing her the literal bank statement, I gave her my card, she then handed me back a receipt, I issue… I PAID FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND ME !!! I told her this is not what I ordered and that she charged me for the wrong order (about $15 more expensive) and she told me I would have to call the customer support line because she’s not authorized to do refunds and supposedly there was no manager… so! If being talked to like you’re the dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe and being overcharged is your thing, then this is the place for you.
And to the lady who worked the first window on June 16th around 8am and caused this whole catastrophe, I hope you learn a better way to speak to people, and get some help for your...
Read moreI agree mostly with there current reviews . 1st I haven't been here in awhile . Ordering was normal like it should be using the kiosk . But the worker at the counter taking my money wasn't the happiest or friendliest feeling and no of any sort of communication . After hearing her yell out 206. 206. 206 many times and waiting a few I got up seen my order sitting which is not 206 but 205... The fries were not hot but yes warm at best and not crispy my son called them potatoes sticks lol with a more than grease I'm use to tasting at all other locations . I also agree the child play area is small and if they had outside eating area before remodeling but to not add it back would seem negative I assume going cheaper is better if money is the only factor for this location . I can only speak for my own experience but considering at the same moment I was waiting someone walked in with an incorrect drive thru order I can only assume the reviews I did read are correct ... As for the inside layout of the place it is kinda awkward ..but they did get the double fish correct...
