McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

I work at bwi and I have given this mcdonalds multiple chances. But every time they seem to fail and disappoint. The service is horrible, all the employees are obnoxious, rude and are extremely inappropriate. I witnessed one person ringing the register and running the food while the rest of the workers were chasing each other around the kitchen goofing off and coming to the front to get them selves drinks and I even seen them take shots... I've seen a McDonald's employee walk out of the bathroom stall and out the bathroom without washing their hands and the food is awful. They served me and a young boy RAW CHICKEN NUGGETS!!! I got very sick from eating 2 of them because I didn't realize they were raw at first and I got really sick so I can only imagine what happened to the little boy. I went to the restaurant and showed them.. they took the nuggets and threw them away and gave me over cooked ones instead and didn't even say a word to me. No I'm sorry or anything. Just took the nuggets threw them away and handed me New over cooked ones and sent me off. Oh and cockroaches are in their stock room. All the retail stores and restaurants share stock rooms and you can see cockroaches crawling on their boxes.. it's disgusting. I highly advise staying away...

I got a Big Mac and i saw I had a deal for but one dessert get one free. So I bought 2 packs of 3 chocolate chip cookies. I tried scanning it and the old lady there didn’t know what she was doing and started pushing stuff on the screen, and I already knew she messed up. Then it wasn’t working for her and she thought it was a problem with my phone so she grabbed my phone and took it to the back to show someone else. And I’m sure they could tell I was concerned when they did that. But after about 10-15 minutes they finally figured it out. They handed me my Big Mac immediately and must’ve taken my order off the screen and never got the cookies. So I stood there and waited another 5-10 minutes and finally asked, them they started to over complicate things, I think they were assuming I already got the cookies and didn’t want to give me more, but they finally gave them to me and I walked ALL the way back to our gate just to find out they only gave me 5 not 6. But at this point I don’t want to deal with it. Not to mention the place wasn’t busy at all. It looked as if they were working as slowly as they possibly could

If you are traveling through BWI airport, be sure to fly with Southwest so you can go to the better McDonald’s through Concourse A, B, & C. If you are flying and going through Concourse D, do not eat at this location. The workers are the absolute worst. Employees, who are working the registers, will stare at you instead of asking you to move up to the register so they can take their orders. They claim they can only take exact change because there is a coin shortage, but the real reason is the employees do not want to take the time to walk to the M&T bank (which is inside the airport) to grab change. Their soda machines are always breaking down so McDonald’s famous Sprite is beyond flat or it is just water. If you’re flying during the evening, you might have the nice chance of catching them sitting down across from their store and claim the store is closed. They finished the cleaning process early and refuses to get up to help any customers. Management needs to be fired cause supervisor with the Frames, all he does is flirt with woman and give them free food. The other management is always sitting down and never does anything. And last but not lease, they NEVER have ice cream...
