I can honestly say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've never received the correct order. Not even once! It's always missing part of the order. And on the last visit I made sure to repeat my order 3 times as clearly as possible so that they might actually get it right this time and they still couldn't get it right. When I showed them the mistakes I got the biggest attitude from one of the managers that told me "this is what you ordered". I know exactly what I ordered and that was not it! Just because you see that order on a screen does not mean that was what I asked for. God forbid you ask them to correct their mistakes. I got the nastiest look for even daring to ask. They act like it's your fault that they couldn't get your order right.
I had to pull over and wait for a manager with the worst attitude I've ever seen to come out and hand me the bag with the missing foods. She didn't even say a word.. she came outside and rolled her eyes at me and handed me the bag, and then walked away. Not a sorry, thank you, nothing.. just an eye roll. Oh, and imagine that!! My order still wasn't right! I've never even received a simple napkin in my bag when I go through the drive-through. I don't know why they even bother asking what kind of sauce you want for your food because they never put it in the bag. Seriously.. worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's well worth the few minutes extra to stop by the next one down the road.

I was dining in and a gentleman (whom ordered after me) another waited 15+ mins before we went searching for the food order. When asked, the lady behind the counter stated I am just a worker and your food isn't ready. I mentioned that I had been waiting for at least 15 mins and she just stated it wasn't ready...and that is when the other gentleman spoke up on his long wait as well. All she stated, in a rude manner, is that she was a worker. So I kindly asked for management. The acting manger came over, took my receipt, without a word or an apology, and went to retrieve my food. I recieved my fast food in 20+ mins. I was not rude by all means as I work and train in customer service, and this has been the worst experience I have had with McDs. I am not angry about the situation at all, as I will take my business elsewhere, however,your #1 priority should be great customer service. An apology for the long wait would have gone a very long way. My suggestion is to train your staff better, get new management,and possibly additional staffing (if that is what the hold up is).    Read moreA black female manager at this location owes me over $100 for an Easter Avon order from 2013. This woman is a THIEF, as she took possession of the product just before Easter, in front of two other management staff, a white male and a white female, as they stood outside on a smoke break, stating she would pay me with her next check. When I texted and called and tried to collect the money she promised to pay in person and by text, she ignored me, and she walked away to the back whenever she saw me at the restaurant. Completely ghosted. She had previously placed several orders with no incident. I let her take the product out of the kindness of my heart, with promise to pay later, as it was Easter, and she had a black and white dress and black and white shoes in the Avon order.
At the time, I had a daughter in college and was a single parent working two jobs, and had to pay for this woman's order out of my own pocket. SHAME ON YOU. I sent an email to corporate naming this individual back in 2013 but received no response.
If you are sitting in the McDonald's eating and minding your own business looking at your Avon catalog like I was when the thief approached me requesting to place an order, and a manager asks if you sell Avon, you'd be smart to gather your stuff and leave.
