Placed an order on the app, it tried to charge me twice. Bank placed hold on card due to possible fraud alert. Placed a 3rd order to pay by cash. Understanding that this is no fault of the store in itself, I called to verify that only one order had been placed. Female employee answered and was rude and curt. She cut me off stating she didn’t have any multiple orders without even asking for my name. As I began to ask another question, she hung up.
Arrived at the store because the app tracking said my order was ready for pickup. FIRST issue: it wasn’t, they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. SECOND issue: go to pay for an almost $80 order with a $100 bill and they say they didn’t have change to give. THIRD issue: my order was incorrect. So, in addition to waiting over 10 minutes (5 by their admission) to receive my order, I had to wait another 10 for them to make the correct pizza to finish my order. FOURTH issue: employees did not have on hair nets and had hair hanging down in the pizza prep/making section. No gloves were worn. One employee was on his phone which was on the counter where food was being made - by the toppings. (presumably FaceTime because he kept looking down at his phone and adjusting his ear buds to talk). In between fidgeting with his phone and ear buds, he would put his dirty hands in the toppings to make pizza. FIFTH: boxes were being dropped on the floor continuously and picked right back up and stacked to be used again.
I switched from the (now closed Pizza Hut) because of some of these same reasons. Uncouth, unprofessional, uncleanliness……this place is going downhill. I will definitely be sending an email...
Read moreHorrible customer service from the lady who took my order at 9. 04pm. I order 2 large pizzas for my children for am family movie night. This lady kept asking me to repeat my credit card number even after telling me the final price of the pizza. I let her know that this is not a joke and she starting laughing about it not even apologizing as expected in a professional cuntomer service setting . I asked to cancel my order and she just said okay and hung up the phone.
I have live at my house for the past 12 years and have been ordering from that location ever since. I called back to to talk to a manager to log a concern and to make sure I am not charge for the pizza. A gentleman who identified himself as the manager Nick came on the phone . Nick confirmed that my card was charged even after telling the lady to cancel the order when she asked me to repeat my card number to her for the third time. I order at least 2 pizzas and cookie pizza from this location every 2 weeks for my children for doing light housework at home to have a family movie night. In any business settings, your customers should be your priority since they are the ones who keep the business going to keep you employed. I work in a similar customer service industry but never take my customers for granted and always treat them with dignity.
I cannot control how your associates behave or how they treat the customers who give you business daily but i have control over my money and will never spend my money at your location again. Buying from you doesn’t mean I do not have options, you have just lost one valuable...

Showed my order was delivered but it wasn't so i called spoke to manager who said the tracker wasn't accurate and it was on its way. 25 minutes later I get 2 cold pizzas one with the box unsealed. So I call to relay what was going on to the manager who told me my option was to have driver come and get the cold pizza and have new ones sent out which of course was going to take forever had hungry grandkids waiting or I they could come back and get the pizzas and refund. Crazy the pettiness for their error they are going to actually send someone back to pick the pizzas up and nothing for the inconvenience. I told them I would keep the one that was unsealed and requested refund of other pizza and delivery fee. Stated only would refund the pizza AFTER driver picked up the unsealed pizza. Said because it was delivered they would not refund the delivery fee and can't get my tip back either. So basically I have one cold pizza after almost 2 hours of waiting. Driver showed back up to pick up the pizza and I explained to her the seal was broken and she said one of my kids must have opened the box because it came straight from the store. I saw the seal was broken before the boxes were even set down on the counter top which my grandkids were no where near. She got mad and screeched out of the neighborhood.
