Terrible experience!!!!!!!!! I wasn't on the phone for over 12 mins trying to order 1 pizza. When this locationed opened my husband was super excited so we order shortly after. The food was delivered and fantastic. I just tried to order today and the girl taking my order had to have me repeat everything several times. We eventually get to repeating the address for the third time when I am told by the manager through the girl they don't deliver to our house 2 miles away. So I ask to speak to the manager who confirmed. When I told the manager he had delivered here in the past he said oh ok. Then I began to continue telling him how frustrated I was that in 12 mins of trying to order my food he transfers me to the girl again. I ask for the manager again, when he picks up again he was rude and said he was letting me order and I then voiced my frustrations that the time and the many times I repeated myself (an I mean many and many more times of it being repeated back wrong) he began to yell over my talking and then proceeded to tell me he didn't have time for this and that he was too busy for the conversation. At which point I responded that I would make things easier on him and take my business else where. He said that was fine to for me to take my business else where. He is...
Read moreUpdate 9/2025: We recently started ordering from Pat's Dundalk location again, and with the last few orders we have had, the pizza toppings have been fairly consistent with each order. The other foods we have ordered have also been consistently similar each time. We haven't tried the Pat's Chesapeake Chicken Sandwich yet. Overall, a great improvement from June. I have updated the stars to reflect the improvement.
Original review 6/2025: We order from Pat's nearly once a week. The food has been wonderful for many years. However recently the quality of the food has gone down and there is no consistency in the food anymore. The most disappointing menu item we have found so far is their Pats Chesapeake Chicken Sandwich. This consists of 2 giant over sized slices of bread, about a half inch thick, enough crab dip drizzle to make the sandwich sloppy, a few pieces of chewy bacon that bordered undercooked, and the tiniest piece of chicken that was hard and overcooked on the outside. Definitely not worth $13. The pizza crusts are not always cooked to the same doneness. The amount of toppings is also inconsistent. It's very apparent when you order the same single topping pizza each week. We would like to continue eating at Pat's, but the quality and consistency of the food needs...
Read moreThis was my first time ordering out since the whole pandemic started, and all I wanted was a Philly cheese steak with extra fried onions and hots. The person taking my order said they didn't have hots, only hot peppers. I was a little thrown when he told me that since it's practically the same thing, but I went on and said that was fine, I would take those and extra fried onions. He told me that the sub already came with onions. I said that I knew, that's why I was ordering "extra". This continued on for a few minutes, with him taking me in circles all while I was trying to order. It got so bad that another employee came over to find out what was going on, and when I tried to tell him that all I wanted was, "a Philly cheese steak with hots and extra onions", the man taking my order started talking over me loudly, saying that I was ordering things that they didn't have and things that already are on the sub.
I know that things are not normal right now, and we've all been through varying degrees of tough times lately, but really, if the person can't take a simple sub order without making it a huge production and being combative, then they shouldn't be on the front line that day. Your subs are good, I just wish the service given was...
