Pizza & Taco Express — Restaurant in Maryland

Excellent salads. I ordered the Greek Salad with Grilled Salmon and it was loaded. Three meals off of it. The salmon is fresh, huge slices of goat cheese, large tomato wedges, fluffy romaine lettuce and the house dressing is fabulous. I removed the black olives and red onions as they over powered the first salad. Olives were pitted and not fresh. Beautiful presentation as the preparer showed it to me before he finished. The surprise was the grapeleaf wrapped concoction.

My first visit was a 6 ounce salmon salad minus lettuce. Bad part was they were pits in the olives and way tooo much red onions. Loads of cucumbers and tomatoes. Two people could eat this and get a nice fill od healthiness. Both salads come with a house salad that has a thickness of creamy pesto and oil. Shake well before serving to get the most awesome taste. Warm pita bread adorned both salads.

The decor leaves a little to be desired but since I carried out, i enjoyed both visits and will definitely be stopping by again soon. Rice pudding is decadent, still undecided on the...

My experience was so negative with this restaurant. I just received a survey and the system only allowed me to pick one negative response.[I would've selected all of the negative responses.] Customer service was horrible, communication was horrible, the food was bland and lackluster at best. I called them and was able to get ahold of someone after calling 5 times back to back. Finally, I reached someone and explained the situation. I was so angry I could barely speak. I didn't get my food until over an hour. They didn't want to claim a partnership with SLICE by the way. Which is a company they are contracted with on THEIR OWN WEBSITE... They said that they don't work with them. I advised them that the only good communication I received was through SLICE. The food is horrible. I am upset that I even paid for it. We're not from this area and we got it delivered. The only reason i didn't take the food back and ask for my money back was because i was on vacation and was so hungry at the time. The few times that I've ordered from here have always been great. I usually just get a lot of tacos, maybe some fries and a pizza for my roommate. But it always take about an hour, the longest being an hour and a half, which is not acceptable for a 10 minute drive from their store to my house. I have worked delivery before and if I ever took that long, I would call ahead and explain why I was so late. It should not take 1-1.5 hours. So if you're hungry, and want some kickass tacos, but don't mind waiting quite a while, go ahead.

Edit: Ordered again today. It should not take close to 2 hours to receive 8 tacos and a burrito. The best part is they said they called the driver (after putting me on hold for 10 minutes) and said they couldn't reach him. What the hell kind of store are they running? It's a shame the delivery is so bad when the food is really good. And the food came out wrong. Ordered soft and got crunchy. Not...
