What a cute spot!! Warning ā the menu is extensive and if you are like me you will have decision paralysis after looking at the list of syrups and seasonal menu items.
I got an iced Mexican mocha, which I added extra cinnamon to. So good; great balance of rich chocolate flavor and spice. You can also add cayenne, which I didnāt do but may try next time! I also got the feta and spinach sandwich on a croissant. It looks like they bake the eggs and toppings together almost like a quiche and slice thin to put on the croissant, which makes sense when spinach and feta are hard to keep on a sandwich. That said, the moisture when wrapped in foil made the croissant soggy. I probably wouldnāt order that one to-go again, but it still tasted yummy.
All the baked goods in the case looked delicious, and Iāll be back to try some. Be sure to look at the board with the baristasā favorite drinks, which have lots of great ideas. Also, there are seasonal drinks posted by the register which all looked amazing. There is limited indoor seating, so unless you go at a slow time you may not be able to sit/work there, but there is a good amount of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI dont know if I can call it a hidden secret, but I also don't know how well known it is. Being that it is located inside of a mall. I would assume the foot traffic brings patrons to the restaurant. If it doesn't, then people are missing a fantastic restaurant overall. They have plenty of breakfast options from pancakes, to French toast, omelets, and much more. The omelets are healthy portions and if you get cheese š§ get ready. This isn't fake cheese, this is the real deal and it accentuates the eggs which are fluffy.
I had the flat š„ (sorry, forgot the official name), and it was a mix between a crepe & and a pancake. Could it be called a prepe or a pancrepe??? (corny joke i know). Either way, it had great flavor and with the fruit that comes with it there is no need for syrup.
Would recommend this if you are looking for a breakfast place, and I like they are very accommodating from opening to about 1030. After that they can get full. If you are in the area, grab an early morning walk in the mall, and a hearty breakfast. Or, do the reverse, grab a hearty breakfast, and then...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been here a few times and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Baristas are kind. I love that they have vegan and gluten free stuff available. Plus tons of syrup flavors!
Lost a star because I think you need to be careful if you have allergies. I ordered a nondairy almond milk latte with peach syrup, and after I drank it at a table, I overheard the baristas talking about how they mix flavors with white chocolate sauce to help them dissolve in non-dairy drinks. But (almost all) white chocolate has dairy! Luckily Iām just lactose intolerant, not allergic.
Edit: added the 5th star. Iām so glad to see the owner response! I was hoping the feedback would be taken well and that the white chocolate was just a mistake. I look forward to continuing to...
