BOYCOTT PIZZA BOLI's- I went to this location last Wednesday to order a very large order of pizza for 5 school programs while waiting to place my order I noticed 2 staff persons catering and providing excellent customer service to 1 white man holding his son in his arms. Every word out of their mouth was yes Sir or no sir. They even open the door for for the white man and carried his 2 pizzas to the car. As I placed my order another black man walked in holding his son in his arms. The black man told the staff person his name for pickup and when the person brought the black his pizza he was very rude and nasty to the black man. Even slamming his 3 pizzas down on the table, denning the black man a bag for his items after giving the white man all the bags he needed, tossing his napkins to him and never asking or offering to assist the black man. I asked why are they not treating the black man the same as the white man. The staff person sucked his teeth and told me to mine my business. I asked again why are you being rude and not offering to help the black man as he helped the other. The staff person looked at the black man and said I'm not going to help you!! With the manager standing there and never correcting the employee I demanded my money back because I will not give my money to people in a black community demonstrating clear racism!! Everyone working in the pizza Boli's should be fired because they supported and participate in that behavior!! I am boycotting...

Please pay attention to your bill. I realized that my total balance was way off from the price I was quoted for the special. I asked for a print of the receipt and the cashier said he couldn't print out a detailed receipt without charging my card. (red flag #1). He said he would refund me if I was overcharged. I tapped my card and had to remind the cashier for a detailed print out.
Once I looked at my receipt I saw that I was charged almost an additional $2, the cashier said it was just the tax. I showed him the tax on the receipt, and then he admitted they overcharged me. He said " it's just .50 it's not that big of deal." very rudely. I didn't like the way he spoke to me AT ALL. I don't care if I was charged .05 more, you tried to overcharge me and lied and said it was taxes.
I told the cashier that I no longer wanted my food and asked for a refund. He refused to give me my refund and my food. I literally had to call the police to get a report to dispute the fraud with my bank. Once the police arrived, he attempted to give me my food, but who knows what they did to the sandwhich.
I will be contact cooperate and probably the FTC because they are willing overcharging people.

Read moreWe had a great experience with Boli's last night and wanted to take a moment to give them a shout-out. We placed an order that included a specific ice cream flavor, but when the delivery arrived, a substitution had been made without any heads-up. Unfortunately, the replacement wasn’t something we wanted, so we called the store to let them know. We asked that they remove the cost of the ice cream from our bill and pick it up since it wasn’t what we ordered. We also mentioned that if someone had just called us first, we would’ve declined the substitution.
Here’s where Boli's really impressed us: Instead of just picking up the ice cream and issuing a refund, the delivery driver went above and beyond. He actually drove to another Boli's location to track down the exact ice cream we originally ordered—and brought it back to our house. He didn’t need to do that, but he did, just to make sure our order was right and that we were happy.
That kind of effort is rare these days, and it really meant a lot. Mistakes happen—it’s how you handle them that counts, and Boli's handled this one with care and integrity.
