Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

My boyfriend actually recommended this place to me. I ordered half pepperoni, sausage, bacon and the other half the same with feta cheese. My order was supposed to arrive to me at 3:15p I called because they were late they said the pizza was on the way, but it did not arrive until 3:45 yet the establishment is only 5 minutes away. When the pizza arrived it was cold we just put it back in the oven then when we ate it the pizza was dry there was barely any sauce so frustrated at this point we called to talk to a manager and was told he wasn't there we explained what happened and how the pizza was late, cold and dry he proceeded to tell me that nothing was wrong with the pizza I told him again it was he argued that it wasn't when I asked his name he told me no and he wasn't telling his name and hung up the phone I called once again he picked up the phone as soon as I asked his name he hung up again my boyfriend immediately called back he placed him on hold came back to the phone and said he would make the pizza again. Infuriated at the guys disrespect we no longer wanted another pizza we wanted the money back the man said he wouldn't give the money back he asked for his name he said he wouldn't tell him so we drove to the store when we arrived there was a manager there so the guys clearly lied we told him what happened and got our money back overall it was an awful experience we would have been fine if they just made the pizza over the manager said the guy was new which I don't believe, but they should never allow someone so rude to...

So my coworker asked me to order food for new a employees last day on orientation. She wanted it from pizza Bolis in Largo Md because I told her it was good. I’m embarrassed because her actions were aggressive and harsh. Her experience was not good at all. But From what security at the hospital said the driver was and irritated and complaining. The security said she had a nasty attitude. My coworker called the place because she was upset because the food was dropped. She (the driver) talked to me like I was the problem. I only ordered for my coworker and picked up the food. They came back flying up to the hospital and made reference to why she complained. Well she had a right to complain! Just ordered a pizza from here paid for extra cheese extra pepperoni and banana peppers on the side got the peppers no extra cheese no extra pepperoni but was charged for it this is the second time they have done this that’s the reason for this review beware when when ordering online from here they only get your order right in person never with delivery.7 -11 pizza taste better than what was delivered to me tonight. And the driver tried to deliver to my neighbor when my address was clearly marked. Pict3 shows clearly this is more of a cheese pizza than a pepperoni one.
