Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

Hey everyone. I just wanted to make this review because the customer service is terrible and so is the food. The past two times my boyfriend and I order from this location, the pizza is undercooked and the wings are soggy. My boyfriend lives five minutes from this location so it has been convenient. Today we went the guy was terribly rude, I offered to pay for garlic sauce and he declined when I wanted to pay by card. He argued that there is a card minimum (which is foolishness).When we order from the pizza bolis near my place (largo), we have a totally different experience. Good food, fast, not undercooked and definitely not soggy and most of all good customer service. The Lanham location also charges .75 cents extra for garlic sauce, which is ridiculous. In comparison to the .25 for garlic sauce at the largo location if it is through an online order. If you walk in to pick up at largo garlic sauce and Parmesan is always given for...

Ordered a medium pizza for pickup. When I got there and received my order the employee told me next time I should get this deal … he pointed at the takeaway menu that showed a large takeout pizza for $11 and I paid $13 for a smaller size. Why wouldnt the worker on the phone inform me of this to save me money? Also noticed that the menu said they were under new management which really showed on the quality of the pizza and customer service. On 11/08/2022 Tue. I called for pick up order on around 9:20pm the person on the phone told me that they were closed even though they close at 10:00 pm, as of curiosity I went in person at 9:30pm still been told that they are closed, and I said your business hours closed at work 10:00pm why are you refusing service?
