Popeyes White Marsh is the Best my Family has ever had!!! Crispy Juicy and very Tender served very fresh every single day. Gives you a smile every time you get a bite of this deliciousness overload.I tried different locations but we keep on coming back to this location ..One major factor is the staff that works here. We met Francisco who knows what true hospitality and excellent service is all about!!! We met Magdalena who always have a smile and passion for great customer service. Our experience here is GREAT I give this place a 5 Star review on Google!!! Why are they all so slow? My goodness it takes the 30 mins for them to give you your food after you order. The one woman who’s supposed to fill the order definitely have ADHD she cannot concentrate on one particular task at all. She keeps getting distracted while filling box with food and walking away then taking for ever ti come back to filling the boxes with food. All she does is talk and ask questions. This was my second Sunday in a row and I let the first time slide but going back the second to experience the same behavior and incompetence is an eye opener for me to never order from there again. Either they need better training or hire more competent people. I will never order anything from that popeyes anymore until they get their act together. Total...

I placed an order online and was told by the manager told me he couldn’t find my order after asking how yo rectify it he basically gave me the run around and came back and said he gave my order out which is their fault then I waited 10 more minutes he asks me for my drinks never makes them and keeps taking other orders many customers got their food while I was still waiting it took another customer speaking up for me to receive my order after at least 30 minutes of waiting and when they made it they were extremely rude and laughed at me when giving me my order this staff and behavior from management is unacceptable, unprofessional and shows that they are incompetent to even run a restaurant.
